SAMIA:
Hello, Salam, Shalom, Namaste, Sat Sri Akal, Aloha, Holah, Ciao, Bonjour, Buna and Privet! It's really really amazing to be with you again... And I am very happy we have a very special guest with us today it's Aisling Smith Vance who is NLP and Hypnotherapy Trainer and she's a director and co-founder of the Institute of Empowered Psychology… That is so cool... Welcome Ash!

AISLING: Thank you… Thank you so much Samia... And Dia dhuit... that's the Gaelic for hello… Training + Coaching Classes   or ____... You might have heard that one before…

SAMIA: Actually I haven't... But thank you for introducing me today that's awesome... Okay so I'm going to ask you to just jump in by telling us more about who you are and what you do...

AISLING:
Oh thank you so much thank you for having me... I'm so delighted to be here it's wonderful to be part of your podcast and I'm so grateful to have met you and to be able to have this wonderful conversation... So yeah.. I'm excited to be here... a little bit about me… So you know we're talking about you know making changes and I guess the important thing about life is that like making change for the better... And I feel it's what we're built upon at the Institute of Empowered Psychology... I've been in the world of coaching for about 20 years... since I hired my first coach who was an action coach to help me with my business with one of my very first businesses as a young entrepreneur …and then moving from there into the world of you know learning more and I think at different stages of my life I called upon coaches because I needed to make change...

SAMIA: Yeah...

AISLING: I know and in order to enable change we have to make a decision... as I like to say in NLP and when I teach my students in NLP there are four requisites for change… those four requisites are to make a decision a change needs to happen... The second one is remove any emotional baggage that's attached to the past that's holding you and keeping you stuck in the past... And the third is to decide on what it is that you actually want... And the fourth thing is to take massive action and move towards what you want… So with my coaches throughout my years that's what I did and I you know I suppose sometimes substituted formal education with education from the various coaches that I've had throughout my life which then inspired me to become a coach of course because that's quite often what happens... And I did... and then the opportunity arose during lockdown and during what was known to be the three-year hiatus that we had here in Melbourne Australia to become a trainer of NLP Neuro-Linguistic Programming... So I had been made redundant from my executive job and I was kind of at a point where I was still coaching a little bit but I thought... You know what I want to take this to the next level because becoming a coach and engaging with coaches has changed my life for the better... And I think that I want to be part of the movement… I want to be part of helping people to become coaches so that they can …you know… its stone in the water effect Samia… it's helping them to become coaches so that they can help other people down the road... So yeah... so I'm excited… I met my business partner Fran when I was training to be a trainer... And we together co-founded the Institute of Empowered Psychology... So what we wanted to do with the Institute was to create a one-stop-shop for coaches because what I had found true after I became a coach was that I was flailing for quite some time... Not quite sure how to get my business off the ground… not quite sure what I should do… I was a highly accomplished professional so I thought... Oh I could do this... Oh I could do that... Or oh I should coach this or oh I should coach this person... Oh no I just coach everybody... And you and I both know that that's not a recipe for success… Yes… in the world of coaching... So what I wanted to do was to use my hindsight and to be my student's foresight and help them to choose a niche right upfront to decide on their purpose to what it is that they're who they're called to help is what I like to term it as... And to really help them through that process... to go through the process of training so inevitably it's like it's almost like an apprenticeship building the tools of their trade so I'm predominantly speaking neuro-linguistic programming and hypnotherapy timeline therapy and NLP coaching... So those are four of the qualifications that we provide to our students and of course other variations like Myers Briggs we're also going to be developing the range of additional qualifications that we provide to our students down the road in the coming year with them with more tools …the way that's...

SAMIA: Yeah...

AISLING: …I mean that's how I look at it... We discussed this before …these are tools in your toolbox to help you to help others so these are different things that you can pull upon at different stages of your journey and I'm just so grateful yeah to have that… to have that all together and be able to empower and inspire people …and my business partner Fran is a highly accomplished business person she has been running her own business internationally and very successfully for over 35 years... And she runs the business side of things so she then whips our students into shape and gets them business-ready …so helps them to… we have a club called the ACE club which is the Aspiring Coach Entrepreneur club... So this is where once they are you know… they've got their toolbox full of their tools Fran will help them to market their business and help them to understand... where are you going… like Who are you serving… What are you doing… What are you putting out there… And how are you going to do that through webinars and challenges and chat sequencing and you know all of the things…

SAMIA: Yeah…

AISLING: So we run a weekly coaching students studio with them and to help them through that and it's exciting to bring people through the whole thing and our main aim is to help to create successful coaches who run successful coaching businesses which means that they're helping people that they're really really helping people because inevitably that's what it is… it's the stone in the water and these are amazing tools that can really change people's lives... And as we've previously discussed we are at a time in the world post-pandemic but now in the midst of war and all of the things that are going on in the world that people need help in many different ways for many different reasons... And coaches are a huge and amazing resource when people are coming from a heart-centered space and they've been trained to work ecologically …that's you know something that's... So that's what drives me that's my passion to help create change through creating amazing coaches…

SAMIA: Yay... thank you for sharing all that Ash... I really appreciate it… And you know I really resonate with so much of your vision and especially you know your understanding about the ripples you know that we as coaches… the work that we do it's like you don't just help the coach that you're training but you actually end up helping all the hundreds of 1000’s of people whose life they're going to impact... And for sure that is such important work and so glad you're there... And I just love the idea of utilizing something like an apprenticeship model because that is truly what allowed me also to become successful …you know I was in a similar boat... where I had a lot of skills but I was struggling with the business side of it... And so it wasn't until I got to… well I found my happiness mentor …and the brilliant thing about her program was that not only did she have a training in how to become a happiness coach teaching her specific program but then she also allowed me to intern with her and so I got to sort of like literally see the back end of how she was managing her practice and all the different tools …not for the psychology part …but the tools for the business that she was utilizing you know and so forth... And that was a game changer... It really was... So...

AD HERE

AISLING: Yeah no... it's that is so important because a lot of people come into the coaching space from a huge heart centered place that they just really want to people that they have a calling and that they're driven and they want to make a change... But 50% of becoming a coach is running a business and because you will get burned out you need to earn an income...

SAMIA: Yeah…

AISLING: You need to be able to replace your corporate income unless you don't have to do …unless you can do it for free and you can afford to volunteer your services... But there is a red flag warning with that too... And that is you know we said there's a couple of prerequisites for when a client becomes a client and they need to be invested in your services and if you're giving away your services for free your client isn't necessarily invested... So it's about engaging them in some way so that they can jump on board with you... And they're giving back something... And I'm I used so... So I teach hypnotherapy and I use this example a lot actually …when I was younger I was a smoker and my mum you know hated the fact that I'm smoking and I don't blame her I you know in hindsight looking back I do I shouldn't have but anyway it's led me to now and to be able to have some learnings for my students... So she sent me to a number of stop smoking seminars and hypnotherapists and just different things when I was younger to help me to stop smoking... So and I really wanted to… she used to give me all sorts of incentives I'll buy you a handbag I'll do this for you I'll do that you know all of the things and then I just didn't stop …I might have stopped for a little while but not forever and then eventually I fell back into the trap of smoking... Well now as an NLP trainer and NLP... and hypnotherapy trainer I understand how the unconscious mind works... And I understand the difference between you know coming of your own freewill to receive a treatment or being sent by somebody and it is one of the trainings... So I'll give anybody who's listening here a great tip and advice... So if you have a client who's been sent to you by their partner by their friends by their mother by their father by their you know whoever you know and they are not coming of their own free will and they're not willing …if they're hesitant on playing 100% and being completely committed to achieving the outcome... you cannot take them as a client you cannot because you're doing yourself a disservice and this is what we say to our students at the Institute of Empowered Psychology... You want clients who want to create change who want to change whatever element of their life it is if they want to stay stuck because people might say... Oh! yes yes I want to stop smoking… You know and with a wink like I don't really but I'm just I'm only here because my you know because my mum sent me or whatever it might... And I think that's maybe how I was as a kid… I whatever you know they really want to stop but I unconsciously that's what my unconscious mind was …I was telling myself …self talk internally... that my unconscious mind was still triggering me to pick up a cigarette to continue to smoke... So hypnotherapy or coaching whatever will not work with somebody in the instance if you don't …if you're not at the point of reprogramming the unconscious mind of your client and that's why I feel you know as we talked you know previously hypnotherapy is such an integral tool for any coach’s toolbox because… you’re in the happiness coaching space right... If people are programmed to be miserable... Unfortunately some people self talk is pretty bad right and they're on they're like... no no I can't be… So hypnotherapy is one of the tools that will help them loosen the grip...

SAMIA: Yeah…

AISLING: You know and really really get to that… to helping them create that change…

SAMIA: Yeah... you brought up some really really excellent points... I was actually talking with one of my coaches... I'm getting coached... I'm always getting coached as well as being a coach myself... And I was actually talking to my coach earlier today and we were talking about this exact point where... well she's a Nutrition Healthy Eating Coach... And so I was sharing with her that you know years ago it was like I went through like this whole process... and my doctors concluded that I was not supposed to eat dairy… it's bad for me… it actually was a big cause that triggers headaches and so forth for myself... And so it's important that you know like for my health and so forth that I stopped eating dairy... But so I understood that intellectually at one level but my heart wasn't in it like I didn't actually want to stop eating the dairy …and so it was just such a struggle to go through that process... And you know so in a very seemingly counter intuitive way what ended up working was I had to say to myself... I give myself permission to eat anything I want including dairy and when I gave myself that permission and then started to practice more mindful eating and just like really focusing on tuning in with how eating whatever food I was eating including dairy how that really made my body feel and connecting to that feeling …like over time that is what allowed me to shift... I mean like okay I can choose not to eat dairy now and not feel like I'm making some huge sacrifice you know or something like that …and that was such an important shift…

AISLING: That is amazing… Yes it is... And that's but that's the you know when you think that you can't have something you want it more …you're focusing on it and it's like don't …don't think of a blue tree... you know... And what you’re thinking about …like it's telling …so what are you telling yourself you can't eat so you're like I really want to but I want to…just like in it …and this is the work and so I think you know in the nutritional field that hypnotherapy is very important and neuro-linguistic programming… because when people are like oh but I'm not that kind of coach I don't need that... I'm like Yes I understand… but NLP what it is really is an attitude …a methodology and a trail of techniques... So it's a …it's the understanding of the nervous system which is processed through the mind and through… with processing like through the five senses... So through visual auditory kinesthetic olfactory and gustatory right... So they're two very important things… olfactory gustatory… as part of the senses through which we experience everything in our body... And then the language that we use… so being able to listen to language that your client is using internally or externally… What are you saying to yourself… What were you saying to yourself when you were told that you shouldn't have dairy… Or you couldn't have it …then what were you… What was the thing you were saying right... So language and other nonverbal communication systems that we process using those representations and senses are coded and ordered and so pictures sound shapes feelings tastes smells words all… I am coding it and then programming it... So using utilizing the programs that we run to use our communications for ourselves and for others and to achieve desired and specific outcomes... So that is what NLP is... Hypnosis is the… I like to say it's just having a conversation with your unconscious mind and so it's just it's a very relaxing conversation offer opportunity to converse... And why the unconscious mind or the subconscious mind as some people call it… Well your unconscious mind is what preserves the body …it’s there… it does all of the things… it's there to you know maintain the integrity of your body …it runs your body and it has a blueprint for perfect health in your body... So when you're using self-talk and you're telling yourself Oh god I can't have dairy but God I want dairy you know …or whatever it is that you're telling yourself… your unconscious mind is flip-flopping… It's like you I can't have dairy but you want dairy and you can so then the unconscious mind can't negate a negative... So when I say to you don't think of a blue tree it instantly makes you think of a blue tree or a pink elephant or whatever that might be... Hypnosis helps you to communicate directly with the unconscious mind and plant suggestions or you know the realization like... hey unconscious mind you know we've just been informed that having dairy in our diet is not you know it's not in line with the blue… blueprint for perfect health …so understanding that can we have now avoid that at all costs please and let's focus on craving or eating or drinking or choosing the food that is in alignment with the blueprint for perfect health in the body… so let me give you some suggestions as to what that might be… And you can list them out and you know the unconscious mind will take all of that in and be like Oh that sounds wonderful thank you... So you know to refresh let's just you know leave that old dairy behind and let's you know focus on what's going to really help us... So the unconscious mind is a highly moral being… so you know it does listen to what you tell it …if you can give it specific orders it will follow it... So that's what NLP and hypnosis is… it’s to engage with your unconscious mind to make sure that you are receiving the right orders right that's going to be integrity for your body for whatever it is that you want to achieve. Yeah…

SAMIA: Yes… I just loved how you said that unconscious mind is a highly moral being... I just absolutely absolutely love that… And oh man... can you can you actually expand on that idea for me I little bit more… like when you say it's highly moral... Like what is that… what does that entail…

AISLING: Well... it's your unconscious mind …like who you are as a person and your model of the world is built upon the impressioning from zero to seven and before that… So what epigenetics and the work of the amazing Dr. Joe Dispenza and Deepak Chopra …there's so much you know if we look at his book Quantum Healing there's so much evidence that shows that... who we are as people is you know can be seen within us holographically that it's not just we're just not ourselves because of the lived experiences that we have but also the lived experiences of our ancestors …so our parents their parents and you know and beyond that... And so who we are and what our unconscious mind has is as it becomes is based upon those lived experiences... So it's …it knows upon as I said it's a highly moral being… so the morality that you were taught and accepted is what it creates within itself… it enjoys serving but it needs orders to follow...

SAMIA: Aha... aha…

AISLING: …it's a domain of your emotions… in your… of your life… it controls and your emotions it stores memories... And if there are bad memories that hurt us or that don't serve us it does store them away… for so that it doesn't continue to and some of the work that we do in one of the processes and that we train our student's called Timeline Therapy... it was taught to me by the amazing Tad James and Dr. Tad James …Lord have mercy on him he passed away last year and he created timeline therapy and it's a way that you can get in touch with when those emotions were formed and within you... those negative emotions are those events the significant emotional events that created a blockage within us… and created perhaps a limiting belief or something that our unconscious mind attached itself to way back when… could be in a former life it could be generationally it could be whenever… and you know I would say with all that's been going on in the world at the moment and many many significant emotional events are being formed in many people's lives right now because of things that are happening around us and the reactions that we and other people are having to these events... and they're captured in the Gestalt …and what we as coaches it's an important thing to do is to be able to release the attachment to that negative thought or feeling for so that the unconscious mind can free itself of it but take the learnings …it's not about losing the ability to have that negative emotion …so by taking a learning from that experience and understanding I can feel a certain way I can feel this way or this way… what is the best way to feel …what's the most appropriate and that will serve me so that I can continue to serve others... The… what else about the unconscious mind… it stores distributes and it transmits energy...

SAMIA: Right…

AISLING: It maintains your instincts and it generalizes habits... So it's sometimes you know when you get that oh I've just got a hunch generally it's your unconscious mind giving you a poke and just saying "hey yeah yeah"... you know… I often wonder what it would sound like if it talked back to me and I can talk to it using yes and no using a pendulum it's something that we teach our students I don't know if you've used a pendulum before… yeah... like it's so much fun and our students like just like "Oh my God what?" When we use the pendulum and you know you could just say unconscious mind... and when we have a conversation with regard to restoring perfect health in the body you know because remember that's what you're here for unconscious mind to maintain the blueprint of perfect health let's not forget that… So can we reverse the changes that have happened... And it takes everything personally so the basis of perception is projection... So it will you know that's important... So the values that you've been brought up with so it being a highly moral being it's connected to just that …right… And yeah... like it's it doesn't process negatives of course I've said that…. What else does it do… Oh my God it does... It does so much for us but we don't sometimes know what it is …we're like oh just all these things happen and it pumps our blood around all right it helps us breath it helps us you know go to sleep at night and wake up in the morning.... I don't know yeah... did I make that clear…

SAMIA: Yes yes it did... And you know like one of the big lessons that I'm receiving right now is to really appreciate our unconscious mind for really wanting the very best for us… like whatever it is doing in its own way… like sometimes it might not make sense to us at a conscious level …but in its own way to actually trying to do what it believes is the best for us... That will help us to survive and hopefully even thrive in our lives... And it was just making me think also about you know just going back to the example of that sense of craving for dairy... It's like if there is this craving if this pattern has been created in the way that I think then again you know the unconscious mind like you said ultimately it's a highly moral being it's trying to do its best to serve me... And so it's trying to fulfill some… there is some need that it's trying to fulfill behind that craving... And so it's like you can talk to your unconscious mind maybe in the context of hypnotherapy and be like what is that need that you're trying to fulfill by eating dairy you know …and that …once you understand what that need is you can then find the alternate pathways to meet that need as you were describing…

AISLING: That's right… That's right because consciously we're quite often not aware of things and we're like I don't know why I do that... I just don't sure... like and you know it is with working with a coach who utilizes NLP and hypnosis techniques that even just through conversational hypnosis or conversational change and that's the linguistic side of neuro-linguistic programming is that you've got you know these… this method of communication that will help you to bypass the conscious mind to allow the answer to come from the unconscious mind …when we try and control things consciously we're not always doing it you know with the best of integrity for ourselves... So we sometimes need to trick the conscious mind to step aside so that we if we want real change to occur...

SAMIA: Right... I hear you... It reminds me of that analogy… well the integrity issue aside… but just trying to do things by willpower using the conscious mind… there's that analogy of a person riding a mad elephant and the person on the elephant is the conscious mind and the mad elephant is the unconscious mind... and not that the unconscious mind is mad but that it's just that much more powerful…

AISLING: Yeah yeah... So much... I love that analogy… I've never heard that before…

SAMIA: Oh really…

AISLING: Yes thank you for sharing it...Oh yes I love it... it's really good one to share with them… with my students because it's very visual and for the visual learners in the house so yeah... and it is so true it's very very powerful and we don't quite often realize that most people don't know that it's there …so we do spend a lot of time you know working on that and helping our students understand …so because when you're working with a client and you know it's about communicating at the unconscious level at all times so that you are you know you're building rapport up here… but really subconsciously is where the change is happening...

SAMIA: Yeah...

AISLING: Because that's where the change will stick and then it's about repetition it's about you know that how long does it take to create a new habit …well you know they say 33 times so at least that …so you need to continue practicing practicing practicing whatever it is the new habit that you're replacing from the old one... So I am …another tip that I do with my students is to record your hypnosis sessions with your client and give it to them as the takeaway so that they can listen every night in between your sessions with them …and then the tasking …so that they are doing something to move towards what it is that they want …so they're you know they've already decided that they want to move away from the past whatever it is …the dairy let's say for instance... So now it's moving towards you know healthy juice drinks or it's moving towards vegan and vegan cheese or you know whatever it might be so it's replacing the habits …so in some ways you are making conscious change at the unconscious level because consciously you need to be able to pick up the new habit so if that's like... oh well every morning I walk to the fridge I take out the milk and then I pour it in my coffee well that's an unconscious pattern of behavior that you do …so you need to break that and replace it with something else that you're consciously going to be doing and then you need to consciously do that for 33 days until it becomes the new habit that you installed... So with smokers and you know I use that because that's one of my examples …it could be you make your coffee in the morning and you go and you sit like at a you know on your balcony and you sit with your coffee and you have a cigarette …maybe that's your the habit that you repeat …so you need to not have a coffee and sit on the balcony because then what's the only thing missing is that cigarette right …so you need to break that pattern of behavior and replace it with something else... So maybe it's going for a walk instead or maybe it's not having the coffee... until a new habit kicks in or something like that …people would say what coffee and cigarettes you're crazy I couldn't give up whatever it is for...

SAMIA: Yes exactly... The point is that you need to break the pattern but don't just break the pattern …replace it with a new positive pattern...

AISLING: Yeah…

SAMIA: I think that's sometimes another mistake that a lot of people make is that they will stop doing something but they don't think through what to do instead …and you know this idea of like nature abhors vacuums if you don't consciously fill it in with something that you want it fills with… it will get filled with something but and it might be something worse than before...

AISLING: Exactly... And that's where working with a coach you know a lot of people say oh I don't need a coach I can do it by myself and I see you can do it by yourself you know you're gonna do it by yourself whether you work with a coach or not because you're the one who creates the change... what a coach does is helps you to make sure that you're moving towards the right thing as opposed to exactly what you just said just doing it …cutting it out and not knowing the next step not knowing to replace the habit not knowing to do that …and you know you like I are a coach who has coaches… I have loads of coaches… I've got coaches for all different things... I've got a money coach I've got a business coach I've got a health coach whatever and a mindset coach …whatever I need I know who I'm going to …because they are experts in those fields and I am an expert in my field and I stay in my lane and they stay in their lanes and when I need …and I need a top up for whatever it is that they you know are offering then that's who I go to help me in that area you know…

SAMIA: I love that... I know... oh my gosh I can't say enough about how helpful it has been... and especially when we're talking about making change fun and easy… again you can make change on your own but it's not the most fun and easy way… not by far… when you try to make change on your own it's for sure the harder path to take... like you're setting yourself up for a lot of struggle because you know you're when trying to create change by definition you are trying to do something new something different something that you haven't done before… and so there's a learning curve and so of course you know with that comes struggle... And so if you want to ease that you know and be able to you know even just speed up the process perhaps of the change-making then you need some help you need some support you need ideally some guidance from someone who's been there and done that...

AISLING: Yeah yeah… If you want the change to stick... Because you might find and that's again what happened to me when I eventually decided to stop smoking I made a decision and that my unconscious mind was turned on saying…oh so this is what we're doing now we're not smoking anymore …okay so that's my voice for my unconscious mind talking back to me... So that was the decision that I made I informed the unconscious mind …then I went and I got hypnotherapy and I worked with my hypnotherapist Ann Goodall… she's an amazing hypnotherapist here in Australia and yeah... and it worked and she tasked me and we worked together for about a month and then I wasn't a smoker anymore and that was it... And it was that …and she gave me the task to replace my habits and to do all of the different things that I had to do to become a non-smoker and or to be like …to cease my old habit and the attachment because...

SAMIA: Yeah

AISLING: …you know I'm kind of giving away all my secrets nobody will have to do my course now if they need to know because the other thing is generally if it's you're working with somebody with smoking it could be with overeating it could be with a sugar addiction drug addiction alcohol addiction gambling addiction ..all of it like these things that are you know that are habits that are created …generally it is... and I'm not speaking you know I'm across the board because I could this could bring up but there could be a whole lot of people writing it and saying in my in you know from my model of the world and in my experience there's something underlying...

SAMIA: Yeah

AISLING: …and it's about finding what's underneath the surface...

SAMIA: That's right…

AISLING: And because somebody might be smoking because of something that happened many years ago in their life and then and the smoking or the alcohol addiction or the something is the clutch that they have to… that connects them to that trigger... So when they feel that trigger in their life and you know quite often it could be stress or it could be loneliness or it could be unhappiness or it could be depression or it could be you know it could be happiness sometimes you know it could be different feelings and emotions where significant emotional events were created and trigger’s this... And so therefore people will say well every time I get when I feel like this then I do this and that's the work of a coach is to understand that it's not just what's up here there's something down below...

SAMIA: That's right…

AISLING: And it's about you know being able to dig deep with ecology and support and nurture your client through the process of discovery so that you can get to the root cause and to really provide them yeah... to provide them with the support to come away from that... So it's not necessarily a quick fix you know… two hours stop smoking session …you know that's a good advertising ploy but it's… is it in reality... Is it gonna stick… maybe not... because if you haven't worked with what the trigger is and what's underneath the surface and if that is still there so when the trigger comes around again and it's the feeling is so intense you're gonna go back to that old crutch whatever it is …maybe it's eating the donuts maybe it's you know it's drinking the alcohol maybe it's taking a cigarette …whatever it is for whatever person that crutch has been then when the need is strong enough if the release has not been created then that's what will happen...

SAMIA: Exactly… Exactly… oh my gosh... You just brought up so many excellent points… but this idea it's of getting to the root cause that is so important …and to understand that somewhere in their root cause as we were talking about earlier is that your mind your body your heart they're trying to meet some need …it's like you're not a crazy person if you're feeling a certain way if you're having a desire you know it's because there's something that you're needing and your mind your body they're just doing their best to try and help you meet that need... And so you have to... you have to get to the bottom of well what's going on what's the root cause what's the need that I'm we're trying to meet here and only then can you find the most appropriate solution...

AISLING: Yeah...

SAMIA: Yes...

AISLING: So true…

SAMIA: All right… Okay so I'm having so much fun talking with you Ash I didn't want to stop… I don't want to stop… and unfortunately we are pretty much out of time for today... Do you have any last words for right now...

AISLING: Oh my God... I don't know it's been wonderful talking to you see this kind of stuff when you're with somebody who is when you're on a level and from a heart-centered space and I know a lot of your listeners are coaches aspiring coaches who are working in the coaching field and you know I'm here with you I appreciate you... you know you're doing a wonderful job so keep going and push it forward and you know it's just you... there are so many people who are looking for help who and if you are somebody who's heard something today to think oh my god that's what it is for me or whatever if you maybe you've had an aha moment which I hope you know hopefully maybe you have about maybe you're working with a client you just haven't been able to make that shift and change hopefully something will have helped... So I think I was going to give you a special gift to give away …a little hypnosis recording so that everybody can you know to experience a little bit of them… of that so we will attach that I think to them I'm grateful to be able to provide that to your listeners as well...

SAMIA: Thank you Ash... and for sure we will drop those links in the show notes... So please check the show notes and click on those links… take advantage of the free hypnosis gift that Ash is providing us …and also get in touch with her and get more help and support... I'll also drop my links in there if you'd like to get in touch with me…. And yeah basically with that I'll just wish you lots and lots of peace and joy until we meet next time... :).
