Let Go of Control: Finding Peace Through Surrender.
Eva Müller & Samia Bano
We often think we need to control our circumstances to #feelsafe and #atpeace.
But what if #truefreedom and #peace come from releasing that need for control?
What if you didn’t have to fight every difficult feeling, situation or uncertainty that comes your way?
Eva Müller, a gifted #spiritualhealer and teacher, explores the transformative practice of #surrendering to life rather than constantly resisting it.
#Surrender can sound like giving up, but what if it actually means becoming more free?
In this powerful conversation, Eva Miller explains how #LettingGo doesn’t mean giving up on life. Surrender can help us release the need to control outcomes while remaining open to what life brings.
This conversation looks at truth, peace, surrender, intuition, faith and why #personalgrowth may be less about becoming someone new and more about releasing what keeps us limited.

Here's the audio version of this episode:
Hello, Salaam, Shalom, Namaste, Sat Sri Akal, Aloha, Holah, Ciao, Bonjour, Buna, Privet, Mabuhay, and Dzień Dobry I'm so happy to be just me, but I'm especially happy right now because we have such a wonderful guest for our show today, and that is Eva Müller, who is a gifted spiritual healer and teacher. Welcome, Eva.
Hi, Samia. Thank you so much for having me. And, in Austria we speak German and we just say hallo. So I say hallo to add to your list of greetings.
Yeah. Thank you for having me and thank you for, yeah. Looking forward to the conversation.
Yes, yes, I'm so looking forward to our conversation too. Eva, you have to tell us more about who you are and what you do…
Yeah, thank you. So I live in Austria, I speak German, I'm a mother of a 2-year-old girl, and I work as a spiritual teacher and healer. I work with people mostly online on Zoom in groups and people from all over the world, but interesting enough, mostly from the US. In Canada, I think these are the biggest group, but then also Europeans. And I also do in-person retreats. Yeah. And what we do there is very amazing. So I work with energy. So every time, you know, we set the intention to meditate together, to sit together, energies are coming in and I work with multiple different ones, very, very different ones. And whatever is needed for the people who are in the group sitting with me, these kind of energies are coming in. And what they help us is with our spiritual transformation. So from just being the limited human with the conditioning and low vibrational energies in our system. So I refer to like low vibrational energies are low vibrational emotions and thoughts, clearing those out of our system. It's all about opening up the system, expanding the system so that we can become more of who we are beyond the human. So that what incarnates as human in this life. And then also beyond that, what I call the true nature. And this is the absolute Brahman. This is what basically looks into creation.
So these are the 3 main layers I see of who we are. And then at the same time, when we do this kind of work, the human life experience becomes more enjoyable because of course, when we remove these limitations, the fear, the anger, you know, the shame, all these energies, there's less there. So we have more silence in our system, more openness, more peace. And like you said in your introduction, we just are then, right? We just are in the present moment. Everything is unfolding. The system is surrendering to life. Yeah. So just this is a short introduction of my work. Yeah, and I've been doing this for a few years. And before I was also on my journey, I mean, I'm still on my journey, but I wasn't like working with people for quite some years. I was just meditating every day with energy transmissions, going to retreats and stuff like that. Had many spiritual openings and shifts. A lot of wisdom came in and this is what I'm sharing today.
Yeah, I'm so glad and so happy to hear that. You know, there's so many, so much in what you just shared that we can get into.
I know. But I think one of the things I really would love to start with is just talking more about the impact that, you know, practicing this kind of spiritual work has like on our everyday lives. It's something you and I were chatting about earlier cuz, you know, a lot of times what happens is that, you know, I mean, pretty much everyone is going through challenges in their lives and as a As a result of facing those challenges, people end up feeling so stressed and, you know, respond in different ways. I mean, I've been dealing with a situation in terms of, you know, a lot of health issues in my broader family and, you know, having to take care of people in that context. And so I'm seeing, for example, you know, like some of the people who are closest to me respond to that challenge with a lot of stress, with a lot of anxiety, because there's a lot of uncertainty about what's going to happen, what kind of treatment is even needed, what will help, what will not help, what has worrying about not just the present, but the future. Also, there is always the past too, also that comes in.
Yeah, of course. It's like, this didn't work in the past, and this happened to our… Remembering all the other people who got sick and how it changed their quality of life, and so then you think, oh, is that going to happen to me? I mean, there's just all these different worries that can just crop up in a situation like this when someone has a you know physical disease or illness, and not to you know by any way. By any means minimize or downplay or say that there's anything wrong with how people are responding or feeling. Not at all. And at the same time to realize that, hey, maybe there is a different way for us to be and to feel, and doesn't have to be that we are so anxious and worried and so on and so forth, even though, you know, like the illness, the, like, you know, whatever it is, you know, even whether it gets cured or not, the worry and the stress, I don't think it has to stay. I think, you know, those things can be, can be separated, you know. And like for me, like a lot of that comes down to the attitude that we have, the mindset that we have, the beliefs that we have. And that, you know, comes, you know, like, I mean, that's something we can choose, you know? So I would love to dig deeper with you into like what, when you were talking about sort of like the 3 layers of… Our being, I suppose, that you sort of help address, with in the work that you do. Can you tell me a little bit more about that? And, you know, like, how that, like, in particularly in terms of, like, your overall understanding and concept of Who we are and what we are here to do and experience in this life.
I love your question, but there was so much also in what you just talked about.
Okay. That's like, okay, I could hear this and this and this. So first, actually, I want to talk about how I see where illnesses are coming from, because I see them always first on the energetic level of our being. Okay. So the body is the densest part of who we are. And if there is something already on the energetic level, and probably there for a while, then it influences the body. It influences the body over and over again. So I talk about it like… I have this way of seeing it. So there is like a piece of metal and then you have a drop of water and it just drops and drops onto the metal, right? And it gets rusty and eventually breaks and then the whole thing collapses. And this is quite similar. And so everything starts energetically, and then the parts that are the weakest on our body, they're then having the illness. This is where it starts. So if we could cure the body and work on the level of the body, it's also good to work energetically because we want to remove the influence so that either the body can heal itself or and in addition, you know, with treatment, right? Yeah
Okay. And what do I see? For example, we have influences from this life experience. So, you know, we all grow up, we have certain experiences, trauma. Most people have a lot of trauma in their lives. It can be major, it can also be small things that we, you know, when you look from an adult perspective to a child perspective, like that's nothing. But for the child, it was major, right? And when these energies get stuck in the system, so I call them stuck energies, they stay there. They stay there and they lower our vibration. And every time when we come into a similar experience, they get triggered up. So this is where we actually experience the past in the present moment. So these energies get triggered up, triggered up. Let's say fear gets triggered up or worry or something like that. And then in the present moment, we project this out into a life experience. We project this worry and the anger and the fear, whatever. out into what we're experiencing currently. Maybe it's a person, it's a situation, and then the thoughts come. Thoughts create all sorts of stories, but they never know the truth. Thoughts… I basically say never believe your thoughts because your thoughts just create information, but it's not who you are and it's not really how life is. It's just one very tiny possibility. Then I also see past life influences and ancestral influences. You know, we take over energies from our parents, you know, like all sorts of different conditioning and so forth. Then we have, of course, the collective, depending on the country we live in and so forth, the community we live in, there is conditioning there. So there's a whole lot of stuff, a whole lot of basically just all limitations.
Yeah. And within this framework, for most people, the system is very closed. So they live in this framework And then it's basically just something happens on the outside, it triggers something up from the past, and we experience the past in the present moment, or we project the past into the future. Yeah. So when people worry about the future and this happened to others and so forth, this is something very typical. But really what it is, so what I'm doing with people, I help them to remove all these energies so that they don't have these influences And they're just in the present moment. So past and future is also just a concept. I see it energetically as a mechanism and we can experience a past and a future. But with my work, it's going to break down. So there is no experience of past and future anymore, meaning you can think about something that happened in the past, but there is no emotional connection anymore. So it's like you think about something neutral, for example. So this is like your whole past is absolutely neutral. When you think about the future, it's absolutely neutral because there is nothing there that gets triggered up anymore. And you're basically your energy is back in the present moment. Because when we think about past and future, our energy is scattered. We don't have all that life energy here in the present moment where it's needed. And everybody's different. Everybody's life experience is different. The reason why we're here for and what we need to learn. So comparing is never a good idea. So just not compare with others, you know, how their life goes and so forth, because we're all unique.
Yeah. That's very important. Yeah.
And who we truly are. And this is basically the first, let's say, awakening in my experience that I had was it's like we have different names for these stages, but it's self-realization. And it was this realization. So I was basically observing myself from, from the behind. So suddenly this was like a… Took about 2 weeks until this experience was there after meditating quite some time. So it became more intense that I was just observing this body-mind system playing out. So there were thoughts, there were emotions, then there were energies playing out, conditioning, just energies from the past and so forth. And I was seeing all of this from a different perspective. the self. And then a lot… I was able to let go of a lot already because I saw, okay, my system is believing this, but it's actually not helping me. It's not supporting a good life experience or joy or anything of that sort. So I let this go and then I discovered like all sorts of different things, right, that I thought I'm not good enough, I'm not tall enough. I'm not… I don't know, you know, all these not enough things and I'm not lovable and all of that. Then also how I'm supposed to live my life. Like, I just really thought, okay, life has to be in a certain way. But then from this perspective already, I discovered, okay, this is just like a framework I was believing, but it's not true.
Yeah.
And then I was undergoing like a few years of really… And still am, but like the major part of clearing my system, clearing karma, clearing stuff out so that the system becomes very quiet. So there's the silence is the main experience, the clarity, the peace within that. So I experience myself as different layers, but in one experience. So the human is also part of who I am. And if the human is angry or annoyed or something like that, it's just an emotion that surfaces in the present moment. But because it was brought up. Also joy, love, all of these things. It's brought up, it's there for a few moments and it leaves the system again. And then the silence is there again and the peace. So the peace is always the main experience. And then whatever the human needs to experience, it's happening. But it has… Before, let's say there were thousands, I don't know how many, but thousands of emotions, thousands of thoughts every day. And now there are a few thoughts and a few emotions. So it did quiet down quite a bit. In my experience, I would never want to go back to this turmoil. I just felt disorientated. I felt lost. I felt empty back then. And this has totally changed. So yeah, this is what happens for people. And because I work with these energy transmissions, it's very amazing because they basically guide people, if you can say it like that, or they pull people through this process. So you're guided, you're pulled, and you just need to play along basically. So if this is your aim, if this is what you want, then the energies show you the way. And I think this is so convenient because the transformation happens very fast. Also, the clearing is not as painful because the energies, you know, they hold you like in this beautiful space. They are high vibrational. It's a little blissful. There is love there and stuff like that. And, you know, when you're in this space and there is low vibrational energy surfacing, it's never that bad versus like you're only with yourself and experience that.
Yeah. So, okay, so this is where I stop and maybe you have a follow-up question. Yeah.
Thank you so much for sharing that. And, you know, one of the things that when you were describing about the peace that, you know, the silence and the peace, the other thing that, you know, I was reminded of is the sense of rest.
You know, like when you're really in that peaceful silence, it's not, I mean, it is peaceful, but there's also like, at least for me, and this was a relatively recent experience, honestly. Like, I… because usually I was like so like, wanting peace. And I, you know, like for a lot of my life I was like chasing after peace. But like, anyway, the recently I had this experience where it was like, not only was there peace, but it was like a deeper peace. So there was also the silence, which I'm sure had something to do with allowing the experience of deeper peace. And, and with that, I felt this amazing sense of rest. I mean, it was just so restful.
Yeah, so I always talk about it when I do guided healing transmission basically, and I start them in the same way every time. And what I do for people, I remove surface energies. So surface energies, the thoughts, emotions, and other energies that are currently playing out in the human experience. And behind there is the pure beingness. So the silence, stillness, the clarity, to use these 3, or just pure rest. It's just same words pointing at similar… Different words pointing into the same direction.
Yeah. And then I remove the surface energies for people so that they can tap into just beingness or pure beingness. And that's so amazing because this is what we are just beyond the human level, you know, in creation. also there. And this is, you know, with different spiritual practices or in my case with the energies, we can tap into that very fast and then it's there. But what we want is we want to have this every day. So not just while we do the practice, but we want to have this every day in our life experience. Yeah. Yeah. Because it's so nice, right? I know… I know. It's like when you're going through this. Like practices, of course, you know, you feel like, you can experience the peace and all of that way more clearly and like without so much noise and interference. But really, like when you get back into daily life this is an issue that keeps coming up again and again. For I know, like myself, it used to be a big issue, and for the people that I work with, you know, this is an issue. But also, like you know, insofar as I'm also still a student. You know, when I'm doing, I'm working with my teacher. This is a question that keeps coming up that you know it's like we feel so good when we're working you know with you and we're in the workshop or when we're doing the particular prayer or practice, but then we go back to our everyday life and we lose it. How do we maintain it? How do we not lose it? So this is a question that keeps coming up for all of us. And, I think you answered it in part where you said like over time. Yeah.
You know, it's just, you, you know, the fluffy surface level stuff just goes away more and more so you can feel the peace and the calmness and that, that being in that sort of neutral, state, in the present moment more and more. So is it just like a time thing that you just get better with practice, or is there something more to it? Yeah.
So first, that life is neutral and what we are is neutral. So just the human, the human level, you know, makes, says what it likes and dislikes and wants things different and so forth. So it's the human level, right, that has the thoughts, emotions, that has ideas about how things should be and not how they are, you know, just surrendering to that. And yes, it's a transformational process. You know, like I see it in 2 different ways or 2 things are important. First, it is the healing aspect. So clearing the system, opening up and expanding the system, because only if we have that, more life energy can flow. So I see life energy flowing from the root to the crown chakra and we have a lot available and it's so much. And usually we use up our life energy because we worry, we're in the past and the future, we tap into information streams, you know, into news and low vibrational information. And so our life energy is all over the place. And what we want is we want to have our life energy back so that we can use it in the present moment. And also we want to clear our system from the trauma from the past, stuck energies and influences. This is one very important part. And the second important part is that we become more of who we are. Yeah.
Because the thing is, if we just stay in the human and we don't look into who we are beyond the human, so we don't become that, then even though we clear and heal the system, yes, there is less going on. But if there is a new challenge coming up or something new, it's always the reaction from the human. And the human is just very limited. This is just how it is. And that's fine. This is what we're here for. But then my work is to bring people into the experience of what they are beyond the human, because then you can start understanding. You look into the human and you start understanding how the human operates and you understand, okay, you don't need to believe that stuff that's happening in the human because it is stuck energies from the past or just thoughts, for example, and then you just let it go. So it's always about letting go of the content and being in the present moment. It's neutral. It's the silence, it's the stillness, the clarity. This is definitely the goal. Both needs to be applied. I mean, always depending on what people want. If people just want to have less stress in their lives and less worries, the healing is absolutely fine. It's enough. But if people really want to dive into further or deeper layers of their being, yeah, they can also. And this is definitely my, this was my path, both of it. So I was moving forward on the understanding of who I was, then not fully experiencing that clearly because of all the stuff I had to clear in my system. Yeah. And then having a full, clear experience of it. But, you know, every now and then there's still something surfacing, of course, because life guides us into certain situations, you know, where we can heal more and clear more if we are on that path. So it's always like that. Yeah. Yeah.
I love this distinction that you're drawing between healing what we have experienced in the past and growth, because I know I Did not always have that distinction clear. I was just really focused on healing. I thought once I healed the various traumas that I was experiencing, that I'd be just then that's it. Then I would be free to be me, so to speak. But it really, you're so right that like, it sort of like makes me actually think about, in positive psychology we talk about the distinction between recovery and thriving. So, you know, there's, recovery is going back to the level of wellness that you were at. Prior to your experience or whatever trauma that you experienced, that you know it's like obviously when you experience a trauma, you experience a dip in your level of wellness. So to get back to that level of wellness where you were at before, that's recovery. But it's like, and most people just actually stop there. But you can actually continue to grow into even higher levels of wellness. And so that's when we call what we would think of as stepping into more of a thriving state from a psychological perspective. So, you know, what you're saying makes me think of that as an analogy.
Yeah. Yeah. Because definitely if you go back, so you have the trauma and you go back to what you were before, There's still the conditioning there. There are still the other stuck energies there, you know, depending on your age. So I see energies start getting stuck around 3 years because before children are just expressing their emotions and then they learn to hold them back and then they get stuck. Right.
And so from, let's say, around 3 years to the age everybody's now, from that we are just adding stuck energies. So it's about clearing all of them, you know. And so, yeah, I mean, from the level of the psychology, that's absolutely fine. And I think that that's what people need. But, you know, we want to become who we truly are.
Yeah. And this openness, expansion, there is… So we have all When we incarnate in this life, we have all a certain potential. And when we open up, we can actually live our highest potential. You know, the thing is, if we are still closed down, we can never go there, you know, which is fine for some people. But this is definitely what I want and what I want for the people who I work with, that they live their highest potential and their highest personal truth in this life. So truth, for example, is a vibration. So I often… The energy of truth, I often bring this in, right? It's a vibration. And then in every individual, it individualizes, of course, because everybody's truth is different in this life. But this is definitely what I want, people's highest truth in this life. And what does this mean? That they need to have access to their intuition and to the information that's there in their beingness. So in the energy field, there is a lot of information there. And for all of that, we have to step beyond the human. Otherwise, we can't really access it. Of course, from the human level, we can access to a little bit of intuition and all of that. But really, if we want to open up, then we have to go beyond it. And that's just very beautiful because like this openness and expansion is freeing.
Yeah. You know, it's freeing. Yeah. And the limitation of the human is a limitation. It's just how it is. And I'm not saying this as a, you know, to put this down. Human experience is it can be beautiful. But even though if people have beautiful human life experiences, they're still limited in the human experience.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Tell me more about the truth. You made me think about a saying. It's a quote from Gandhi ji, who's, you know, so he, I don't want to mess it up, but I will get the spirit of the quote. Yeah.
So he said something along the lines of, he said, he was like, I was… I went, you know, meditating on, on God. And it came to me that God is truth. And then I meditated even deeper and realized that truth is God. I'm pretty sure I got the essence of that correctly. And it just like, when I read that, it just really resonated really deeply with me. Because like even as a Muslim, you know, I'm a practicing Muslim person. Truth is probably like the top value. I mean, a lot of, for a lot of Muslims immediately you would say peace, peace because Islam, the word Islam, we are followers of you know Islam. The word Islam itself literally means peace. So a lot of like times when we as Muslims are thinking about, okay, what are our top values, we think about peace. But really, like, I've also come to this realization that actually maybe it's truth, that you have to be in alignment with that truth. First of all, like you have to first of all realize what the truth is and come into alignment with it, and then only anything else becomes possible, including peace. And it was just such a profound realization for me. I would just love more of your thoughts and reflections on. Truth, like what? Yeah, yeah. Tell me more about it.
Yes, I love the question and I totally agree. With truth comes peace, with truth comes silence, with truth comes clarity and so forth. So from where I'm coming from, there are these 2 layers, love and truth, but I'm more a truth person. So this is more my path, or this is what I bring in. Okay, where to start? So in creation. So I always talk about in creation and beyond creation. Okay, so beyond creation is that what holds creation, and only because there is something beyond creation, creation exists. And when people refer to God, I would say it is that what is beyond creation, but because God is holding creation, right? God is the creator. And so yes, God is truth if we want to call it like that. But if you… So the goal is to become God. And this sounds very weird for people because how can I become that what is up there somewhere? And also in creation there are different gods. So I am not very familiar with your religion, to be very honest, like the content of it. But like, let's say saints. So in Europe or in the… I haven't really brought up… I haven't been brought up religiously. But, you know, we have churches everywhere and we just go there on Christmas and Easter. This is like more tradition. Okay, so there are different saints. And how I see this is, or how I experience this, is saints are energies. They're energies.
And then they become a form. So some people are channeling these energies, they connect to these energies and then they create a form and it's a saint or a sort of god like in other religions. For example, the Hindu religion, they have a lot of gods. But this is all in creation because there is a vibration, there is energy, there is aliveness, there is information in it. And then beyond creation, this is the absolute, the Brahman or God also. But this is like the ultimate. Okay. And because we are all of that, so we are the human, we are that what is still in creation. But on a spiritual level, I call it the light aspect because it's just light with information, meaning this part has incarnated over and over again on Earth and probably somewhere else. And so it's just accumulated information from these lives. And then we are also that what is beyond creation. And I call it the true nature. So because I don't like to use the word God because, you know, in different religions it has different meanings in different countries. So it's the true nature and we are that as well. So the goal is to be that, to be that in this life. And it's absolutely possible, you know, this is possible and this is the highest truth. And there is no content. There is nothing there. There is no vibration. There can be vibration, but it's very hard to describe. It's totally different from what we experience here. And it's all about becoming this. And then when you are that and you look into the human life from that perspective, because when you are that, we're still on Earth, right? We're still in this 3D reality and, you know, here. And I had this experience for 3 months. Then you see that everything is actually being created in front of your eyes when you look at it. And when you look away, it collapses. It doesn't exist. So this possibility or this world, that this Earth is like a… It's a… What's the word? I dropped the word. It's for us, it's there for us to grow and expand and have certain experiences. But it's not what we think it is.
Yeah. It's an illusion. But from the human perspective, it's very different. You know, from the human perspective, we're the center of the universe. And then we look out into this world and up to the stars and the galaxies and so forth. But from the level of the true nature, we look into creation and it's all, it's all a… I lost this word. What's this word? So it's all a game. It's all a simulation. Is it that word? Simulation? Simulation? Yeah.
Simulation. Sorry, that's the word I was looking for. It's all a simulation. And of course, from a human perspective, we don't see it like that at all, you know. And from the light aspect perspective, it's also a bit different because there is still a little bit more content. There is still information there. But from that perspective, everything here is an illusion. And this is why, this is what I want for people and people who work with me, you know, they want to experience that. They become the true nature to see all of that, to see the highest truth and then bring this back into this human life. So this was my path. Being that was a very weird experience. I can tell you this for 3 months. Absolutely. I've never experienced anything like that. The human experience was absolutely gone. So there was no human experience, even though I had this body. Human experience was absolutely gone. Everything I was looking at, friends, family, was only there when I was looking at them. When I looked away, they were gone. I didn't have a sense of them. They didn't exist. It was very weird. A lot more stuff around that. But just to share a little bit. But then you bring this into human experience. This takes quite a few for me, it took probably 1.5 years or so to bring this fully back into human experience and then being fully human again, but with that at the same time, with being the true nature at the same time. And this is how I see, let's… When we see from the ultimate, this is how we bring the highest truth into the human life experience. But then there is another possibility. So in creation, there are all sorts of different energies. And I was mentioning that before I'm working with. There's, for example, the energy of unconditional love, of the highest truth, of peace and so forth, and its vibrations. And when we bring in these vibrations, these energies into our system, so every cell of the body has an energy body, and this energy body starts vibrating to the vibration of that energy that comes in. So let's talk about truth. Truth comes in, and what this energy is doing, it pulls our system towards our personal highest truth in this life. So for some people, it is going to be to experience the ultimate truth from our being. But it's not going to be for all people, of course. You know, this is just for a few people who really want that, who aspire that. And for other people, it's reaching their highest potential in this life and their personal highest truth. And these vibrations, they change your system because every cell has information. And then the information of truth is in there. And then your system literally changes. And then also our life experience, because everything we experience on the inside is reflected on the outside. And so, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's my explanation.
And this… sorry, sorry. And very important to say, this is an ongoing process to experience truth as a human, because the ultimate truth is another thing. But to experience truth in our life, this is a pull. So we can either decide to want to live in that pull or not, or drop it. Because we can never, like the highest truth in this life is not a fixated point. Right.
We can never reach it. So it's an ongoing process until we die. Yeah. And then it's the process is over, of course. But it's not like we can never reach something. And this is in general something very important. We can never reach something ultimate in this life as a human. This doesn't exist. So we can always move towards it. And I think the movement is the beautiful part because if you come from, let's say, very limited experience, low vibrational. And then you're moving towards your personal highest truth. It's already showing you a better way of living, a better way of life experience and well-being. Right.
And it just increases, increases. And this is so important and so amazing to experience because imagine it would be over. And then when you're like, okay, this was it, you're only like 40 or something and you still have like 40 years to live and you're like, oh my God, it's all over. So this is the amazing part about the human experience is the growth, is the movement.
Yes. Yeah. I have to say it's something that I've really come to enjoy, just that, just knowing that, you know, we are here to experience growth. And so it's like, as long as I'm still here, I know there's room to grow. There's room to improve. And I have had like one or two points in my life where the first time it happened, I was like, I was like the first time, like, I felt really unburdened by the big trauma that I'd been carrying with me. And I just felt so happy and so light and so free. And, and I mean, I was still a little baby, of course, in terms of, my experience of that, kind of peace and happiness, right? And there was a part of me that was like, oh, like, I don't know what else is there. Like, how much happier could I get? I'm so happy already.
I think maybe, maybe this is it. Maybe this is it. But I was like, really happy. So it wasn't like, I wasn't thinking that with a negative emotion, but I really wondered, like, is there anything more? Is there anything more that could be possible? Because I just feel so happy and light and free right now. But I happily discovered that, ah, there is, there is more. There was lots and lots and lots more room to continue to grow and become even more happy, more free.
Oh yeah, I'm very happy for you that you feel so happy. That's amazing. You know, that's, that's a major, you know, and not many people are experiencing that. So yeah, very cool. I'm happy for you.
Yeah, you think about actually, so you made a remark that I would love for you to dig deeper into. So you said there's a Path of truth, and then there's a path of love. I've never actually heard that kind of framing before. Can you tell me… So you told us about the path of truth, that's more of what you said you are on, but can you tell me more about the path of love?
Yeah, I mean, to be very honest, I don't want to distinguish so much between those two because it's just, you know, some people, they're more They're more truth-seeking and some people, they're more love-seeking. Okay. And so I guess that the love-seeking people are more the devotion, you know, devotion to God, to the universe, to something higher coming more from the heart, where truth is like I experience it more from the mind and the whole system, you know, like in general, the whole system. Of course, the heart is there included and there is also the mind and the whole system included. But it's just, let's say, more of the focus. And I guess different spiritual paths have a different approach. When I had a time where I felt extremely lost, I had a few spiritual shifts and they were very scary and I didn't know what to do with them. I was also like moving into devotion. So I was working with the Divine Mother at the time. This was just to me the most comforting place to go with my issues and with my prayer and stuff. And then it was all okay. I give myself over to the Divine Mother and she knows what's good for me. She's guiding me. And I'm basically that little baby who doesn't know anything and is very scared and full of fear. And this was very amazing. And I like, this was so enjoyable. At the same time, it was painful because all of the pain there. But at the same time, this trust in something higher was absolutely mind-blowing. Yeah, this also changed again. But, you know, this is just my personal experience. But yeah, this is just something people talk about. There is the truth path and the love. Like for some people it's both at the same time. So I think it's not so important. It's really what people feel drawn to. You know, a lot of people tap into spirituality with their intellect. You know, they just read a lot. They want to learn more about it. And for other people, it's more a heart opening and an expansion from the system, the healing. Yeah. So amazing.
Okay, I want to ask you another question. So I'll share a little bit from, you know, like my Muslim perspective. So as I mentioned earlier, like generally when Muslims think about, okay, what's the highest value that Islam has, most people would say peace, but I later came to the realization about truth. So, but from a different, like if you ask a somewhat different question of like what's the What's the goal or the the yeah like what are we striving to be or live to or live for like what's the point what's the point like what's the purpose that we are striving for in life that those two answers still apply so for like Most Muslims, I think, they would say, well, we're striving to live peace, to become more and more like that peace vibration, you know, because Islam again literally means peace, the word Islam. But on the other hand, I think we can also make a very strong argument that what we are really striving to do is to live truth and live more and more in alignment with truth as Muslims. And actually, that it's sort of like, so, like when you live truth, that is what allows you to experience the peace, which is also something that I said earlier. And I don't think any, any Muslim… Fellow Muslims, I mean, we have so much diversity among us, lots of different opinions. But I think I'm not saying anything that most Muslims would disagree with because like you know we recognize for example that God is truth. Like one of the names of God that we recognize is literally the truth. You know and obviously in the context of God being the truth, we are talking about the absolute aspect of reality and all of that. And so interestingly, you know, it's sort of like, like, so it's sort of like you have to live truth in order to experience peace. You have to live truth in order to experience peace. But it's sort of like, I guess my question is that, is it possible to even separate the two? In that if you're living truth, can you escape living in peace? Like, is it possible to be living truth and not experience peace?
The thing is, if you want to live truth, this can be very, very painful for people because they have let go of every concept they've ever learned. This also means how life is supposed to be. Also religion. It's a concept and there are different ones on Earth and they all serve you. They serve you for your growth. But then eventually you have to grow out of it because again, it's a concept. And truth is really letting go of all concept concepts, and this is not what everybody wants because people they like to stay in their concepts because they give safety. They they you know it's it's something that you know that you you have practiced for very long or like that the country you live in you know like this this framework of the country you know what's important there the culture and it doesn't mean letting go doesn't mean that you leave it behind that you can't have it anymore but you let go. Of that this is your highest truth. So you go beyond all concepts and this is what only a few people really want. Because like I said, safety, security, the tightness of the habit and the knowing is for a lot of people, let's say, more important than letting go of that. Because letting go of that means there's nothing there anymore. You can have everything, but you probably won't want the most things anymore. Because you see they actually don't serve you anymore. And this is like, what's the best word I can use? This is like the… I don't have the perfect word for this, but this is really what most people want. People want in their framework, in their limitation, which is not a negative word, but saying from the expansion, there's limitation. In that framework, they want peace in their framework. And that's absolutely fine because this is the most natural thing for most humans. But there are some people who want more. There are some people, they have this aspiration, okay, is this really it or is there more? And then when you want to explore more, you have to let go of the limitations of the concepts. And this means also letting go of all religions, of all cultural frameworks we learn as a human because we want to move beyond the human. Yeah.
Yeah. Okay. Okay. Because truth doesn't… Truth has nothing specific. There is nothing specific that we can say, this is truth. Truth is beyond the limitation. So beyond the content, beyond the conditioning, this is where truth is. And this is why we have to obviously let go of everything that we learned in this life.
I love that.
Yeah, yeah. And like I said, it doesn't mean that you can't have it. You know, you can still have it, but then you are detached from it. You're free from it. Before you attach, and then you're free from it and you can have it from a free place. And this is very amazing because then you can choose whatever serves you.
Yeah. Then you can, you have the free choice.
Yeah. You make me think about the stories of the saints and the prophets and, you know, the… I mean, with, I mean, honestly, I don't know too much about the saints, just never learned very much. But I'm thinking about, you know, the stories of the prophets that I know in our Abrahamic faith traditions. I mean, that's just where my familiarity is. And so it's like, with maybe one exception that is mentioned, in the Sacred texts that we have, pretty much all their prophets, the messengers, they were all like from a worldly perspective living in poverty. Like they didn't own wealth, they didn't have money, this and that. Like when we think about, for example, the Prophet Muhammad who, there's, accounts of, you know, like how he wore patched clothes and, you know, he slept on a mat that left marks on his cheeks, you know, like that kind of a thing. And it was not that he could not have more, that he didn't, like, especially like towards the beginning portion of his… When after he became a prophet, in the first so many years, there was a lot of struggle. And, you know, like, again, from a worldly perspective, they were in a Muslim community, was very weak, in a very weak position. They were being persecuted and so forth. But at some point, the tide turned or changed. The balance of power shifted, and then the Muslims were in a place of influence and power and so forth. So with that, you know, also came access to all kinds of money and this and that. But even after this change and the balance of power and stuff, the Prophet continued to live an ultra simple life, and like when he died, like he had no wealth to like no material wealth to to leave for his family, and they were like literally you know like the state you know like his wife his wives were like being provided for by the state, like, you know, like welfare kind of a thing. And there's a… So like, so he chose to live that kind of simple life because, I mean, for me it's very clear that he realized that none of that other stuff really mattered, you know. And the same with pretty much every other prophet about that, about whom we know. It was the same kind of a thing where they just chose to live these ultra simple lives because they just realized like they had what they need. I mean, they were alive, right? So they clearly had everything they needed. For life, they just got rid of all the extra stuff.
Yeah. So it, but so it's like, so we know that this is something that can and does happen as you continue on this path of growth, spiritual growth, and so forth. And it just... Which makes me think also about that most people never quite… I don't think they quite realize. It's like, I've seen this struggle in the community where there'll be like people who'll be like trying to make you give stuff up. And lead a more simple life, a less material life. And there's a lot of struggle against that because, for example, there's like, these, let's say teachers in the community who are like, you have to give up watching TV. Just stop. It wastes your time and creates, brings all these negative energies into your life and this and that. Stop watching TV, you know, and give up this and give up that. And then, you know, people react with, okay, fine, we'll try, but we can't really, but they can't really do it. Then you feel guilty. And so it just becomes like just I mean, that's part of like where so much guilt and shame enters into like the… When you're, you know, like trying to live the more religious life, I guess. And I just, it's just like, to me now, that feels very sad.
Yeah. I was wondering if you had any like advice for people who are maybe struggling in terms of they have a certain ideal or they think, you know, like in order to, like, you know, to be, to live the most spiritually enlightened life and stuff, they have to be a certain way, but they're not there yet. They can't. They're not, they're struggling to let go of, you know, certain attachments and desires. And they're like, oh my God, I can't let go, but I must let go. What do I do?
Yeah. Yeah. I mean, very interesting question. Okay. Where do I start? So, okay. There are a lot of spiritual paths. And also religions that teach, you know, the less we have, the more spiritual we are. I absolutely disagree with this. To me, it's about detaching. So detaching from desires and from the items and materialistic world. But this is an energetical transformation. It's not like if you just give up watching TV. Yes, I totally agree. There's a lot of Stupid stuff going on on. TV, you know, there are news, there are TV shows that are probably… That actually lower your vibration. Like you don't feel good after that. And also social media. So I absolutely agree with that. Also certain foods, processed foods, you know. But this is just to me, this is like, okay, if I want to live a life of well-being, what do I do? I eat healthy foods, I go out in nature, I probably surround myself with people I like and, you know, like that kind of stuff. So that to me, this is very logical. But it has nothing to do with living a life in poverty or close to poverty. Okay, so we all incarnate in abundance. Abundance is part of who we are and conditioning takes us away from that. And so also my work is about bringing back people into abundance, but it's very individual again what abundance means for them. Okay. For some people, it's just going to be having like a house or something to sleep in and food. And for some people, it's going to be like a lot of cars and houses and traveling and stuff like that, you know. So that's very different for every individual. It's really all about removing energetically the attachments to things. Like I said before, to truth. Some people don't want to give up the comfort of life to move towards truth. And this is the same here. And this is why I guess a lot of religions and spiritual paths are teaching this. Like people go, for example, to monasteries, pray there. They don't have anything anymore except like their clothes and they get food and then they pray all day or do spiritual practices. And yes, it helps in a way because it withdraws people from, what's the word? Ablenkung. Hang on, that's the German word. Where's the English word? Being constant with their attention somewhere else versus within their system or on God or wherever that the religion is teaching. So to me, it's always about looking into the system, into who I am. You know, this is where the attention needs to be inward, never outward. But anyways, again, every teaching is a bit different. And then the detachment on that level. And then you can have everything freely, meaning you have a lot of money, but if it goes, you don't like, there's nothing in you that cares. If you can have the car, if it's gone, nothing in you that cares. So some people buy expensive cars because it feeds their ego. They feel more important if they show, oh, I'm rich and blah blah, these kind of things. But a person who is detached from that just has the car to drive and then it The person probably chooses depending on what the person wants, but he can choose a fast car, a big car, a small car. It doesn't really matter. It's like, what do you actually need? And this is what it comes down to. So you have in your life what you actually need for who you are in this life, but you're fully detached. And for example, money is never ours. Money belongs to itself. It's an energy. So we do certain deeds, we receive money. And then the money, for example, decides to either, you can have it in your bank account, but then it decides, okay, it needs to move somewhere else, then it goes somewhere else. So being fully detached from money is so relieving because you can have it. You can, you know, when it's there, you can use it. You can buy everything you want. But when it goes, it's also fine. Like you don't care. Nothing in your system cares. And this is where true freedom is in this life experience, is when you're fully detached from everything, but you can have whatever you find you need, you want in this life. Yeah.
Yeah, this is my approach. And I guess every culture is different, every country is different. So in Austria, you know, I have certain ideas what I need and probably people in the US have different ideas what they need. And this is exactly perfect, you know. Yeah.
But there needs to be this detachment. So again, people needing to let go of, oh, I need this. And also I put my identity on these things. So I identify with an expensive handbag or with a big car or I don't know, you know, I have it that I look expensive, that I'm more than who I am. So they need to work on they are already that. Like, they don't need an expensive handbag, for example, to be more, to be more, or a car. And this is the work.
Yeah. Okay, so if you can have something fully freely, then you can fully have it. Yes.
Yeah. Yes, I actually totally agree with you on that. Like, even from a Muslim Islamic perspective, that is actually the ideal because, like, you know, Islam is not a monastic tradition. Like, we don't have monks and nuns and, you know, that kind of a tradition that asks us to lead that kind of a life. I mean, I just described how the Prophet lived, but it's not, he never said that's how you have to live, you know. It was a choice that he made, for himself. But, you know, like, for, for a Muslim, the goal is exactly what you were describing, that You know, you you have what you need, and and you know to also like for a Muslim, it's an issue of faith to to like really trust that that you will always have what you need because everything that you have is being provided for you by the divine, by our source, our creator, our sustainer, and our Creator, Sustainer is always there for us, taking care of us. And so the whatever we need will always be provided for, you know. And so there's no point in, so actually like when we get attached to things or we start to worry about our provision and, and where, you know, what we need is going to come from. There is a certain, it's reflecting a certain lack of faith and trust in that divine provider and sustainer. I mean, you know, so it's just like, but it I think what happens is that like people just find the detachment and letting go process so difficult. And for the people who are in the community who are trying to teach you about it, I think maybe they're not doing the best job of, or maybe we're just bad learners, or maybe there's room for improvement in how we are being taught about it. I think it's both because, you know, I mean, there's, I think there's, I think we have had an issue with how these things are taught to us that's problematic, that it that doesn't work for a lot of people. It wasn't working for me, so I literally had to go and like step away from the traditional paths of you know living Islam and step and find other teachers and explore other traditions and learning and this and that. And, to so now I actually, much more let go. And, you know, like practicing the surrender much better. I'm like so much better now at letting go and surrender, like than I used to be. But like I had to like, it's not something I was able to learn in the traditional context. I had to step out of those traditional contexts. So, I was like, you know, like for me, the realization is that, you know, it's something like the, the, the, the way we were being taught was a little bit problematic. But then of course there's also the resistance that we have to the learning. That plays a part. So it's a little bit of both, but I agree with you.
Yeah, I would like to offer a different perspective because from the human level to God is a perspective. But then the different perspective is that we are also that, right? So we are also the creator on a different level. And so that we become the creator and that we can, let's say, influence creation more in this life, it means just we need to let go of the limitations of the human. You know, that's a difference because… Yes.
So I was shown, for example, in a spiritual experience, so I'm shown things that I understand, right? And so I was shown that we all have like a bubble of consciousness where we live in. So we are all consciousness on one level, right? We have this collective, but at the same time we have all our individual consciousness. And this I was shown in a bubble. And everything is being created, like I mentioned in the beginning of the podcast sometimes or in the middle, that we create our reality. So what we look at is there. And if we look away, it collapses. And so everything is created in our bubble of consciousness. And the more limits we have there, the lower vibrational and more limited the creation of our life experiences. And the more we let go of the human, so we more surrender to life and let go of the limitations, the more expansive, of course, is the experience and the higher vibrational is the experience of our lives. And this is why we have like, we are that. So we are also consciousness. And what is being created is what we reflect into ourselves, just on a different level. And yes, I love the perspective, of course, if there is a God and it's very, it's a very important perspective for a certain amount of time. But then it's also important to move beyond it to see, okay, I'm actually actually that. Because if you are God, there is always a separation and there is no separation. That's just the thing. So you're the limited human and there is something higher. But why is it very good that people have a God and that they pray? Because I see energetically that it opens the system. Then you are able to surrender more to life or more to God. Whatever life is bringing you, you put it on God. God is bringing this into my life experience. And of course, if you kind of enjoy your life experience, then it's easy to surrender more to that, right? If you have low vibrational experiences, you're like, okay, why are you doing this to me? You know, but this is why we want to move beyond that, to see that, you know, we are actually also the creators, although we don't do everything consciously. Of course, the subconscious level is the bigger one. And this is where we need to do the work. When we do the healing work, this level opens up as well. And then how we experience life totally changes. This is what I want to offer, like this different perspective that we are not a small, limited human and there is something higher and it randomly does things to us. It's not like that at all. It's basically our subconscious level is giving us these experiences. Yeah.
Not just that. So we incarnate in this life. We have, I call it like a template. So there is a certain karma on this template we accumulated from past life experiences. And also there is information what we need to experience in this life and what we need to learn. So we have that. We can definitely clear certain things off that template as well. So stuff that's not needed, but certain things are needed. And this is the framework. So everybody's framework is different. And from there we can experience this life. You know, this is also there. So it's not just the subconscious level, but it's also there. So I just call it the stuck energies, but then also this framework. And when we become more aware of what's there and how this works, then it's also a lot easier, you know?
Yeah. And not just be, okay, I have nothing to do with that, what's happening here, and it's randomly happening. You know, like I'm a victim of my life.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, no, I appreciate what you're sharing, and it made me think about, again, like, the idea of growth. And so, like, even, you know, like, this is actually true of pretty much every religion and faith tradition that I know, that they have a mystical branch to, to them, like including like in Islam, there is a mystical branch to Islam and Christianity. There's a mystical branch in Judaism and Hinduism. Buddhism itself is a very mystical philosophy. You know, you name a faith tradition and as far as I know, they have a mystical branch to them and the mystical perspective has this in common that you know it it is recognizing and saying to us, hey, you know, like let go of this concept that you have that separates you from God. You know, like the actual ultimate truth, reality, or goal for us is to go back to God. Be one with, really, you know. And so in that context, it's not strange at all to say I am God, you know. Like, I found this really beautiful analogy of the drop and the ocean in the Muslim mystic tradition. It's like where it says, I'm the drop and You know, you think of God as the ocean and my, destiny that I'm, or I can't remember the actual word because, you know, in translation.
Yeah. Yeah. But it's like what ultimately you want, to have happen is the drop melts back into its ocean.
Yeah. You know? And so there is no, no separation, really, then, and that's what we are growing towards. It's towards that melting back. And so you, in order to allow that melting back to happen, you have to let go of all those concepts and, you know, stuff like that. So it's like a really beautiful, it's just, you know, so it's seen as an aspect of like this journey that we are on. And that's sort of like, if you want to think of it as a destination, like the destination we are heading towards. But the problem is that most people, just kind of stay stuck, at the low, like they, they never quite Like strive that far, you know, they just kind of stop at a certain point because they think that's all there is. That's as far as you can go kind of a thing. Yeah.
Yeah. I mean, you know, it's not for everybody to melt back into the ocean, you know, it's, this is like, you know, when the soul has moved through many, many lifetimes and has like a big evolution behind it, right? Then eventually there comes a life when the soul really wants that. And then it doesn't matter about other stuff, what usual people are into, mostly the materialistic stuff. This soul just wants to merge with the ocean and it's going to do everything for it. And different paths support this journey. It doesn't really matter which religion or spiritual path. And I see this as like an aspiration from the inside, like you're looking for something, but you don't know what it is. Like there is something more. A longing.
And then you need the surrender and then you need the grace. So these would be the 3 main ones I see. So grace could be from like a religious God, it doesn't matter. Or for me it was Divine Mother, that energy or the universe, you know. So you need this grace, you need this connection that this can transform you. And this is why I work, for example, with these energies, because they are basically the grace in that case, and they transform people who aspire and who want to surrender. And people who don't want that, that's fine. So I see that like we have different levels of consciousness, right? And some people incarnate with, let's say, a lower level of consciousness. They have totally different themes in life they want to experience and explore. And then the higher the level of consciousness gets, the more spiritual people get, and then eventually they just want to merge back with the ocean and they care about nothing else, right? Yeah. So I totally agree with what you say. It's not for everybody. And this is why probably the peace is the main framework for the Muslims. I mean, like I said, I don't really know a lot about it, but just because peace is reachable also for a human, you know, but the truth is not reachable for everybody. Because we really have to go for it. Like, you have to surrender, you have to let go, you have to like move out of all the concepts, limitations.
Yeah, like the idea of committing to living a life of truth can actually feel really scary. And like you said, like you have to let go of so much, and most people are not ready for that. But peace is something you're like, yeah, I want peace.
I want to mention, truth gives a lot back. You have to let go of a lot, but like I said before, it's not lost. You can have it if you want. You're just totally detached. You're free of it.
Exactly. But yes, the letting go process can be very scary because the limitations are known, the habits are known. It feels safe. People have to let go of the concept of safety, of control, because it's just a concept. And so forth. Yeah.
I know I have to let you go very soon. I just keep wanting to ask more questions. Just maybe one last tiny, hopefully tiny question. Yeah, of course.
If you can share a tip with people on how they can just practice letting go a little bit more, a little bit better in their everyday lives. And then, you know, they'll be like, hey, you want to learn more, go deeper, connect with Eva.
Yeah, yeah. Yes, I actually have something. So this is probably a stupid question. So the highest God for Muslims is Allah, right?
Well, that is the name, but yeah, so Allah is the creator of all existence and, you know.
Okay, and if you pray, like, who do you pray to, for example? Like, or who would Muslims pray to?
For us, we are strictly monotheistic, so it's forbidden to pray to anyone but Allah. Okay, good. Like, my Creator, my Lord, my Sustainer, that's all. Only one.
Yeah, yeah, amazing. Okay, great. So if something is in the system, for example there is stuff surfacing like worry, anger, fear, resistance to life, because life, the ultimate goal is to be fully surrendered to life. So everything that's coming up in the present moment, everything that life is giving us, we basically have an open system where we say yes to that. So we just, we're just neutral. Okay, it's happening perfectly. Neutral... And everything else is not of our highest truth.
Okay. So everything that's surfacing, And so if something ever surfaces, the worry, the fear, I mean, you probably know that anyways, like you give it away. You give it to Allah in that case. So, I don't know what to do with this. That's my experience right now. I don't know what to do with the worry, with the anger and so forth. And you give it away. And why is that so important? Meaning you're opening up your system to a higher possibility just energetically. So Allah in that case is the higher possibility. So you give this worry away, you give this fear away and say, okay, you know what's best for me. I don't know in that case, but you know. And then your system is open and then life can give you better possibilities and something that's more aligned with who you are versus the system is closed. Okay. And this is why praying and giving away stuff is energetically seen absolutely amazing because you are letting go of it. You're surrendering it.
Yeah. But truly letting go of it. So you can't claim it back. That's very important. So, okay, I have the worry. I don't know what to do with it. I give it away and then continue with your day. And when it comes back, give it away until it's gone. And this is actually a very amazing practice. You can do this every day. It's so helpful and it's working. You know, it's working. It just needs to be done. And this is basically you step into surrender more and more by doing so you give the limitations that your human is creating away, in that case to Allah, so that this what needs to come in can come in freely.
Yeah. And you can live more with your highest truth. There's also going to be more peace there because of that, right? This is obvious. A lot more peace is there, a lot more alignment, a lot more flow. So what I really enjoy is that when people share with me, oh, life seems to be just as a flow, everything is happening. It seems like I don't need to do a lot for it. for it. Everything comes and goes. And this is where we want to move into because this is how we're supposed to live our lives. Not that we, the small self, the ego is in charge. I want this, I want that, and life is stupid and I want everything different. No, we open, we surrender to life and we take it as it comes because this is so freeing. It's so freeing. It becomes simpler. Life becomes a lot simpler because all the wants and needs and these energies are just very strong and take us away from the present moment, from our peace. But when the flow of life is there, we fully accept it with the help of a higher connection. In that case, Allah. Perfect, you know. And so this is the practice I recommend. Of course, I recommend, for example, visiting my YouTube channel. I have so many videos where I offer healing and clearing work, and I have a free meditation every Thursday at eight o'clock Central European Time. You're in PST, right? Yeah, you're in.
Yes, I'm in that. So this is. 11 AM Pacific time. And everybody's very welcome to join. And what I do is I do a little wisdom sharing. So from energies that are coming in, so I work without religions, okay? I just work with energies and information. So it's for everybody. I share information from the energies and then I do a guided meditation. And also there's a silent sitting with energy transmissions and they're super strong and they're super transformative. And, you know, this is where the joy and the peace and all of that can come in very fast for people. Yeah, I have other offerings as well, but these are the main ones. And okay, there is one more I actually want to share. So I work with all these very amazing transformative energies, right? And I was looking for a way that people can receive them without me, so without needing to watch a YouTube video or coming to my groups. And so I basically connected… I have a possibility to connect these energies to people through a website. So we people go on a website, it's called nextelevations.com. They go there, they can sign up. It's a two-week free trial, so people can just try it and see what happens. Then the energies are coming in from the moment they sign in, and they're working on people's system. And what these energies are doing, they pull you towards your personal highest truth in this life, whatever that means for people. So for some people, it's just going to be. having a more peaceful life, being healthy, feeling of well-being. For some people, it's going beyond that as well. And this is what the energies know. They have a high intelligence and also open up people's highest potential in this life. And this is what these energies are doing. And we have like a monthly meeting where I talk to people and people can ask questions. I do energy upgrades and there are also a lot of healing videos on this website. So yeah, maybe people want to connect. And try it. You know, I can just share people having so amazing experiences and the transformation happens fast. And yeah, so it would be amazing to see you, you or also some listeners there. So yes. Yeah.
Thank you so much for sharing with us so generously, Eva. I really, really, really appreciate it. We will for sure drop those links in the show notes. So all of you listening, please make sure you check those show notes, connect with those resources and Eva herself whenever you're ready for it, get the help and support you need. And until we connect next time, I wish you lots and lots of peace and joy.
Thank you so much.
