SAMIA: Hello, Salaam, Shalom, Namaste, Sat Sri Akal, Aloha, Holah, Ciao, Bonjour, Buna, and Privet! It's really really good to be with you again... And I am so excited about the guest that we have today because it's Damia Gordon A.K.A. "Sassy"... And Damia is a Supermodel, CEO of Confident Curves and the author of the book "The Little Black Book of Modeling"... And before we get into all of that... welcome Damia...

DAMIA: Thank you... Thank you… thank you... thank you for having me today... I'm so excited.

SAMIA: Yes! I'm so happy you're joining us today... And will you please tell us a little bit more about who you are and what you do before we jump into talking about our topic for the day...

DAMIA: So a little bit more about me... I've been modeling for about three and a half years now... And but, it feels like I've been modeling for 10 years because I will say this… I've managed to accomplish a lot of things in amount of a short period of time... So for example I was crowned Miss Global Noble... crowned Miss California US Nation... I was a model finalist for Cynthia Bailey from The Real Housewives of Atlanta twice in a row and I'm published in multiple magazines and I represent over 20 something brands... And I recently launched my modeling consulting business. But I will say this… before I actually became all these things… I was… I lost my voice... I lost my voice to speak. And I lost my voice to speak because I had a lot of trauma in my life... And through the trauma I was able to triumph and become the person that I am and have the confidence that I have… So now you know I'm inspiring others that no matter what you've been through, that you know you can go out and live your dreams and do whatever you desire to do and don't limit yourself... So I'm grateful to be in the position that I am in to inspire and encourage others to keep going no matter what...

SAMIA: Oh... that's so amazing. And you know that is the attitude of a true ChangeMaker and that's why you are a guest on this show... you're so amazing...

DAMIA: Thank you...

SAMIA: I love it...

DAMIA: Thank you...

SAMIA: Yeah... So I thought it'd be really really fun today for us to talk more about your book...

DAMIA: Yes...

SAMIA: Will you tell us more about that…

DAMIA: Yes... So my book I'm so excited… The Little Black Book of Modeling... And I'm excited because you know… when you know that something is your passion like seriously it just flows you know naturally... One of my business consultants says… you know Natasha McCray… she says you know flowing in your genius... So I'm grateful because I am flowing in my genius …and what inspired me to write this book is because when I first started off modeling I actually didn't know anything… Like I jumped into modeling because you know I was always told growing up in school that I was ugly, I have a big nose, that I'm short, I'm fat and that I would never amount to anything... And so from that I internalized those things you know... and it took years and years and through the traumas it just kept burying me... But one day I can say there is an organization called Black Businesswoman Rock... They actually had a volunteer you know for models… they were looking for models... And so I always used to look at America's Next Top Model... I'd be like oh my goodness look how she walks… Oh look how she looks... Wow... You know… And I'm like I want to model one day… And but out of fear and what I was told I felt like I couldn't do it... So one day I decided to… I was like you know what… let me see if they will allow me to model. And I said yes… and you know what? They chose me... And from there I stepped out of my comfort zone. You know what, I was the shortest one in there, in the show… But I said to myself no matter what others think I'm going to step out here with confidence and be the best thing on the runway... And so ever since then all of a sudden my career just started taking off...

But in the midst of that I did not have the tools that I needed because I was kind of learning as I go… and just you know gleaning and going in.. into trainings you know as I went on... And so I said to myself you know what, if I was a person that was just getting into the industry or say you know have some knowledge of the industry… I will want to have a guide you know to document my journey… to you know so I don't have to go the long route... I'll be able to have the tools that I need... And so sure enough because it is my passion you know what I wrote the book in three months...

SAMIA: Wow...

DAMIA: Three months... And from there you know as my journey went on I started adding more and more and more and more... And because I was looking for what will be beneficial to the reader… so my book focuses on confidence... It focuses on mindset development as well as how to get into the industry… everything you need to know about getting into the industry... as well as just stepping out of your comfort zone in whatever area that you're in... It doesn't have to be modeling... But stepping out of your comfort zone to be who you are and keep striving... So I wrote this book… I wrote this book to say you know what… let's go out there… get the tools that you need... It's a workbook and it's a book where you can see my journey and also you could document your journey along the way... As well as there's everything you need to know about modeling scams… from you know booking… booking agencies… and just networking and casting calls… fashion shows… and you name it… it is about that... It's an encouragement …it's an inspiring book so that you will not leave... you’ll be equipped to step out on that runway and show them what you got… and smile to the left, to the right, and cheeze...

SAMIA: Oh I love that... I love so many things about your book... I love that it's not just… oh here's all this information… I love that you've incorporated that workbook aspect so people can track their journey right alongside yours... I love that you don't just address the… you know like oh this is how you deal with you know this aspect of the industry or whatever... You also address the mindset issue… you address the confidence issues… because  as a Happiness Expert I know how important our mindset is… how important our confidence is... So you know like when you share all of that in your book, I see so much wisdom in your approach and how you are working to help other people… that’s amazing…

DAMIA: Thank you... thank you so much.

SAMIA: It's awesome... Tell me more… what is… would you... like you mentioned some of the issues that you addressed in the book… but what would you say like maybe one of the top most challenges that you find people dealing with that you address in the book...

AD HERE

DAMIA: I would say the two most common things that I address in the book... oh and I wanted to give a shout-out to Audrey Hein... She's the publisher, she helped me to publish my book... And I'm so grateful for her. She's one of the best. But I wanted to say you know confidence and also getting paid as a model… because let me start with getting paid for first, because confidence is a whole other ballgame... but getting paid as a model, I feel like sometimes in the industry a lot of individuals take advantage of you… and they take advantage of you because you know sometimes models can be so eager to get into the industry, and you know they're willing to do whatever they want to do… I mean willing to do whatever just to get in. And that's not the route to go... And so I feel like where it comes in is we're individuals take advantage of you... Because a lot of times they use exposure... exposure you know if you come to this event if you're in this fashion show if you're in this photoshoot, it is going to give you exposure... but I always say to a certain extent yes it will give you the exposure… but after a certain time I always tell individuals give yourself a cut off time where you will decide that you will no longer be free... Because think about this… if we gave everything out, how do we have capital... excuse me... How do we have capital coming in? We can’t have money coming in... And exposure does not get us paid you know... And so we have to think in those terms… and once you decide when you will no longer be free... stand on that, be confident in that, because people will try to make you feel bad about you charging for being a model you know if you're free forever how will you get to the next level... So though… that's one of the biggest things is that models deserve to be paid... models deserve to be treated like models… and that's okay… and when you stand up for that… but in a professional way… you're not going off or anything like that, but in a professional way you know, you represent… is how you represent yourself you know it says a lot about you...And another thing I want to say is confidence... Now...

SAMIA: Before you talk about confidence Damia... I just wanted to say for our audience, just to contextualize what you're saying for them a little bit, is you know, this challenge that you mentioned about getting paid for your work... It's not just the modeling industry. You know a lot of our audience for this show are coaches and trainers and healers, and you know they work for themselves, or at least that's the goal… is that you know we want to start our own businesses… have our own businesses… grow our own businesses... but so many times we get stuck in the same kind of situation where they are just coaching for free, healing for free, giving away lots of trainings for free... like how… and to some extent like you said, maybe when you're first starting out you need to do it for a few times so you can collect a few testimonials etc... There is a point when you have to stop that...

DAMIA: Right...

SAMIA: …make the decision that I'm not going to do this any longer... I was wondering if you have any, I guess, tips on like how do you know… I have done enough of the free stuff that I can now realistically stand in confidence and in my power and be like, you know what, no more free stuff...

DAMIA: I will say that that is a very good question... I say that it's really up to you... And the reason why I say that, because one of the things that I do is every opportunity that I have or that I go to I always say always pray and ask God… allow something bigger and better to come out of that... And I feel like when you believe that and you're consistent in what you do, like whatever you came in there for, whether it's just say you know you came there just to walk the runway …but when I mean by something bigger and better… say a well-known designer can approach you after the show and say hey you know I wanted to know would you represent my brand... So it's about having that mindset and consistency. And I would say this... once you see that you advanced in higher levels in your life, you see that you're not really stagnant... So how you start off, you still should not be on that level as you gradually grow in your journey... So it's important that you know… say a model was just starting off say today… and say you know over say the next six months or so say they, you know, say they've gotten some signing deals… say they've gotten some… they've been in say like 20 something fashion shows… they've been in demand for many photoshoots to represent you know some other brands you know… and then also too sometimes they are guest speakers on different things... So you kind of know, you know as the person… but if you're… I will say this… if you're starting off just as a model, and say that you've only been modeling for… you've been modeling for six months but say you've only been in say two or three fashion shows... you know you need more… because you have to kind of show… like your social media should reflect your growth, your journey… it should reflect that... So if it's not really doing that you know it's time to go back to the drawing board… find out what tools you need… I will recommend to say... number one you could purchase my book… that's a start.... And then also to Google some things… also network with other individuals. And even if it's not modeling… you know… go to these different events because you never know how you can connect with individuals that will be such a great resource and help grow you as a person… because it's definitely a self-development... So take on those things so that you can grow yourself... So it's almost like a mental thing that you decide in your mind... And when you begin to see the growth, then you say you know what I'm going to set a date... Now that's the biggest thing to set a date… because if you don't set a date then you constantly go in the same cycle... you're growing, you're growing physically, mentally, but you're not growing financially... So I would say those keys are… they're important… recognize your growth… be consistent… network… and set a date -- that is very important and stand on the date... please stand on the date...

SAMIA: I love it... Thank you for that... those extra bits of wisdom that you shared. And for sure I can see how as you're going through this journey, confidence is something that's going to come up again and again… so tell me more about that...

DAMIA: So the confidence… you would not believe… like the first thing that you see me now... I have not always been this person. I've been a person where I'm just quiet because the traumas in my past have… you know have silenced me... And so I felt like I couldn't speak from being in a, you know, in a abusive relationship… in one of my past relationships... And then also you know attempting suicide… I was just on Red Table Talk with Jada Pinkett Smith on… in the month of May of this year… and one of the things that I talked about is suicide... And you know there's other things and other traumas in my life which I won't go into because I know we don't have the time for that... But I will say that once I just… it is like you have no idea... Like once I decided that I no longer wanted to be bound, and I just wanted to be free you know… free from the things that held me captive in my past… you know, I began to… began to get my voice back... I begin to walk you know in confidence and no longer in fear. And I began to just pray and just you know tell God you know… heal me from the inside out... and I'm just… oh my goodness I'm just crying now... but I'm just grateful because that person I used to be... I'm no longer that person… because God delivered me from fear... and you know… and depression… Because I went through a state of depression and that sort of stuff. And once I became free... I became who I am today… and I'm still growing as a person... And so it helps to build your confidence, your faith, your faith walk… you know and just thrive in you know the gift that you've been blessed with... And so confidence is key no matter whether you're in modeling… no matter whether you're you know in whatever profession you are because people want to know that when you step out, like how can you encourage them, how can you uplift them... even in the midst of some of them or what they're going through... And just being confident… it's not to say that… even though you build the confidence… it's not to say that you will never go through anything else... But it's just to say that I'm still walking in my freedom and I will no longer be bound no matter what comes my way... And I do words of affirmation... And also to, I read the Word of God. I also just you know love on myself and remind myself that I am valuable, that I am enough, and that I am loved... Because sometimes society can beat you down you know… and you have to know that you are beautiful from the inside out no matter what... Because society paints the picture that oh you know you can't be beautiful unless you wear makeup or unless you get Botox or unless you look a certain way... but that's not what beauty is all about. So the confidence comes in… is just you knowing who you are and being authentically you... And the confidence will just shine …like people tell me now, like when they go to my page on Instagram... @sassyclassymodel they go to my page… And so people tell me… they are like, oh my goodness I've been stalking your page for like months and months… like your page has given me confidence... So I, you know, I get excited about that because you know I'm not the person that I used to be and I'm able to help somebody else... So I'm grateful for that... And like when I do like little beauty things… like today I'm wearing Kosala is by Katrina Graham… and you know I do like beauty things and I look in the mirror and I'm like oh my goodness in the camera guys what do I look like... So it's about feeling good about yourself and being authentically you no matter what people say about you.

SAMIA: Oh... you shared so much wisdom there. And I love this point that you're raising about being authentically you... I can see that… I mean how are you supposed to actually ever be truly confident... Like you can seem confident, but how can you be truly confident if you're not being authentically you... I just I don't think that's possible personally...

DAMIA: It is not... it is not because I feel like it starts within... you can't be confident on the outside but not feel it genuinely in the inside. It's… it goes… it's both ways... They go hand in hand... And so that's one of the things that you have to like you'll know you know you will eventually know on your journey... Like it's almost like an epiphany… like you like… oh wait a minute... I'm feeling good... Oh I no longer feel this way about me... Oh I feel good about myself... It's like you constantly tell yourself this and you know because you have what you say and the growth just comes more and more each time.

SAMIA: Yeah and also I really loved what you said because I know like for me in my own journey of growth and healing, I saw similarity with your story… And I think it's a common thing that a lot of people who have survived different kinds of trauma experience, where you know sometimes we need to hit some kind of a rock bottom before we are able to say no more... and really say it from a place where we truly mean it… it's like not just words that are coming out of our mouth… but it's really such a firm intention… and just our heart, our mind, our soul, everything's like finally, like you know… no more… enough is enough...

DAMIA: Yes...

SAMIA: I'm not going to suffer anymore, and I want to be free... you know… And sometimes… I mean I'm not saying you have to always hit that point, that rock bottom, before you can get to make this decision for yourself… but oftentimes that's just the reality of where we are at... And so you know wherever you are, our listener, you know, in your journey...

DAMIA: Yes...

SAMIA: …Just know that if you're not there yet in terms of having made this decision for yourself.. or if you feel like that you might not be able to stand in your power in making that decision...

DAMIA: Yes...

SAMIA: …it is important to know that you can do it. And...

DAMIA: Yeah...

SAMIA: ...and the other thing that you brought out that I just really also resonate with... is you know, just asking for help from God...

DAMIA: Yes...

SAMIA: You know...

DAMIA: Yes...

SAMIA: …whatever other source of strength you can tap into… because sometimes you're so down yourself you how do you even begin to lift yourself up... you need some help you need some support... And as for you Damia... for me I know for sure, our faith or spirituality is one of those sources of support… and that... yeah oh my gosh...

DAMIA: You are saying, you're saying some amazing things... Because you know… and just it takes that time like you said... it takes that breaking point where you tell yourself like no more… you have to get to that point because if you don't… internally you're tearing yourself down… mentally... And but like you said, you know, if you're not there yet, you know as we're talking to the viewers.... if you're not there yet, it's okay… But just try to be intentional about the direction of your healing... And you know like you said, get help… because a lot of times we are afraid to ask for help… because we don't know we would think that somebody would judge us for asking for help... we would think that what is the person going to think about what my situation is… But I would say... Stop asking yourself those questions and just say I want to help, and be intention… intentional about getting help. And being… it's all about your surroundings too… like who are you surrounding yourself around... Like are these positive people, do they uplift you, do they encourage you, are they going you know in a similar direction with you, are you able to learn from them?... It's like there's so many things that will help us along the way. It's a self-development... our life is a self development course in becoming who we need to be.

SAMIA: Yes. Oh my gosh... you know the stress issue is another really really huge issue... And I know a lot of survivors of abuse especially deal with it… because a huge aspect of what abuse is… is that you know someone else makes a deliberate, conscious effort… and to whatever extent they're able to succeed… their goal is to control you…

DAMIA: Yes...

SAMIA: …they do that through all kinds of manipulation... and they break your trust… I mean first they build it up…

DAMIA: Yes...

SAMIA: …of course. And then they break your trust… and so then you get scared to trust...

DAMIA: Yes...

SAMIA: …anyone you know. I know like for me, for a long time, I couldn't even trust myself... I was like, my god, I let that person hurt me and I trusted them, and I asked them for help, but they hurt me... so can I even trust my own judgment? And it's like just you know… so to go back to that idea of well who can you trust… who can you find… like that can give you some help and support? And maybe, if there isn't a person around you right now who meets that requirement or criteria, maybe, you know, just start by asking God for help or...

DAMIA: Yes...

SAMIA: …you know…

DAMIA: Yes... yeah because you said some good things because they try to tear down the walls and the barriers you know of your protection… you know of you protection… protecting your mind, your heart, your everything... And once you give those things away, you lose who you are… And you know… and once you find out, or you break free... you wonder like man, how did I get there… you know… Or sometimes when you're in the midst of the situation you're wondering… how did I get this far…? But like you said you know you just have to continue to just ask for help and want help, and work on, you know, being consistent about building… you know… whatever has torn you down mentally and physically, so that you can get back to being the true you...

SAMIA: Yeah... so have confidence in yourself and your own ability to help yourself...

DAMIA: Yes...

SAMIA: One way or another you can find a way out of whatever challenges that you're dealing with whether it's in terms of your career or in any other context of your life… you know... maybe start by focusing on cultivating this confidence in yourself...

DAMIA: Yes... yes..

SAMIA: ...in your ability to help yourself.

DAMIA: Yes, that's right. I love that... I really like that.

SAMIA: Oh my gosh...

DAMIA: Yes absolutely...

SAMIA: So oh my gosh... I'm having a lot of fun talking with you and we're gonna have to start wrapping up... I'm wondering what else would you like to share with us today about the book, or about your journey, or just anything else that you'd like to share with our audience today...

DAMIA: Well, I would like to say that you know… if there's something that you haven't done yet and you've been putting it on the back burner, you know maybe you've written it down, you know… and you just haven't got it off the ground yet… because I'm… the name as you mentioned earlier, the name of my business is "Confident Curves"... and it's a LLC, and I'm a Model Consultant and a Business Consultant... So one of the things that I tell my clients is that one of the worst things that you can do is not get started with whatever you've written down... And I would say the best thing you could do is put action to what you've written down and you know have progress to that… so I can honestly say that one of the things that I was excited… most excited about… is the fact that looking at my journey… and I recently had a celebration of my I called it the triple B party... and it was celebrating the launch of my business, my book, and I was also celebrating my birthday... I never gave myself a birthday party. I was always you know giving somebody else a birthday party or treating them... So I wrote that down... I wrote those things down… And just to see when the people came out… you know they were saying you know that they enjoyed themselves so much, that to a point where you know people have been asking me like... oh can we have another one… some people missed it some people was there and the people that was there is bragging on the on you know what the party was like… and it was filled they were saying it was so much love and confidence in the room... and just people just networking and just having a good time and just eating and talking and laughing... and just you know just a whole bunch of that… so they've been begging me to have another one... So I am going to have another party, and it's going to be August the 21st and it's called "Deja Vu Part 2", and it's an extension of you know my book signing, as well as you know promoting confidence as well. We're going to have a lot of great things there… we're going to have a model walk competition... best dress… you know we have a chef coming out… we have a DJ... I mean we're going to have an amazing time. And that's what I always say… like write down the things that you want. Because the things that you want… and you know you post it… you... if you post it on your wall or whatever it is... it will come to pass.

So just continue to be encouraged because sometimes we get discouraged by the things that's happening you know in our life right now... What's going on in the government system… you know… it's… it literally can allow you to feel really sad about the progress of what your life is... but I would just say just continue to be encouraged... continue to be encouraged and shine like the person you are… and just you know I… oh I wanted to say oh my goodness... because I was consistent and you know being a model like I was featured on a movie that came out in theaters called "A Holiday Chance"... it came out in theaters on last year and I was grateful because it was random… Somebody just reached out to me... and said, hey do you want to be in a movie... and I'm like what… I've never been in a movie. So it's like… write down the things you want… believe in the things you want… and just go after it... and just be you...

SAMIA: I love it… I love it… oh my gosh... okay I have another if you have a few… just a little bit more time...

DAMIA: Oh yes yes…

SAMIA: I have one more question that has been coming to my mind that I would love to ask you... and you know like when we're talking about confidence... we've talked a lot about how some of the inner aspects of how you can learn to be more confident… and at the same time I keep thinking back to again my life experience where… there was a time in my life when I was not confident and I was not happy and I was struggling and suffering… and then I started my journey of healing and growth and I started to grow more confident internally... And there… it was not reflecting in how I looked and carried myself outside as yet… like the way that I dressed for example was so drab and boring and just totally... actually very neglected...

DAMIA: Like you weren’t present...

SAMIA: Yes! And it's like it gave people such a wrong impression of who I was as a person... and you know it was around that time one of my cousins got me watching this show called What Not To Wear... it used to run for many years but I don't think it's on tv anymore... but one of the most important lessons that I learned in watching this show… the host… it was a reality TV show… and the host would go and surprise people who were nominated by their family and friends and who needed fashion makeovers because they dressed so terribly and so forth... And so the host would go and surprise these people and be like, hey are you willing to have us give you a makeover… But they didn't just give them a makeover, they actually taught them about how to dress themselves in a way that reflected their personality, their values, their choices… and you know other aspects of how you just carry yourself in the world... And they talked about you know… because in some ways you know we can get focused on these things in a very superficial way but...

DAMIA: Yes...

SAMIA: …that's not what I wanted to do at all… but I was learning from the show and that I think I see in you… is that there is this connection… like you know… or as you were saying, like consistency that you need to have in your personality and how you just carry yourself everywhere... so that you're… like how confident you're on the inside reflects… should reflect on the outside...

DAMIA: Yes, right...

SAMIA: And you know those two things can actually help each other… so the more confident you look on the outside… it helps you feel more confident on the inside... I was just wondering if you could like talk a little bit about that inner confidence and outer looks relationship... and if there's any way you help people with that, who, you know, any of our listeners who… maybe they don't want to become supermodels, but they would benefit from learning something from you about how to look more fabulous and confident...

DAMIA: Well... I… you… you know you definitely said it right... when you said you know how it reflects in the in I mean what's in the inside reflects on the outside... So when you feel good about yourself in the inside it will show on the outside… and sometimes you know… even if we feel good in the inside but sometimes we don't know how to showcase our personality in what we wear on the outside... So maybe you know it may be just a point of you know… finding a stylist if you can… or and then once you get the tips and learn from the stylist then you'll have a guide on how you can dress more like what you desire... So… but it's all about doing the work… and I know we've heard Ayanna Vincennes say often… do the work… do the work... So I would say when you do the work… so work on those internal things that may be haunting you in the inside… like there will be no limit to you… you will see things just gradually change in you for the good you know... you will notice like some things would just come natural to you …you'll feel more comfort comfortable and confident in just you know picking things… like you you may go to the store… you may want to cook because I cook too you know... I'm like a homemade chef… but you know you may have the need or the urgency to say... you know what I haven't been cooking or a desire to cook… you may just say you know what let me go out and cook another recipe… cook… try a new recipe... So it's all about you building what's in the inside to show what's on the outside… and that is so key and it's not just for modeling… but it's in everything that you do... it is so important… because it will help you to get to the next level in life… it will also help you to get more opportunities too... you know you may get an opportunity because of your smil…e you'd be like “ting…” but you know again when you work on your inside it reflects on your outside... So I would say… I feel like we're never… we should never stop learning and that's one of the things that I mentioned in my book… The Little Black Book Of Modeling... never stop being a student in the industry that you're in… because you never know where it can take you... you know… you never know the job that you're on… the tools that you're getting out… that may not be what you want to do… however it's equipping you for what you're going to do, and the tools that you need to be able to advance in the elevation in your life... So I would just say, just continue to walk in confidence by building on the inner you to reflect on the outside of you... And just try different clothes. I mean there's so much style out there… and you may feel like… I know you get some more… do you ever get up some mornings when you wake up… you like… oh I look cute today… oh my goodness...

SAMIA: Oh I have those mornings very very often… and I choose to do that for myself every day… sometimes I forget… but that’s actually something I love to do...

DAMIA: Yes... so just you know… always you know remind yourself… you know just speak words of affirmation to yourself no matter what your situation is… and just you know, just people… I feel like people respect you when you're genuinely you because people don't like being around fake people... because how will they ever know the true you if you're being something that you're not. It's… it's time to transition and elevate yourself into just showing the world who you are by loving on yourself, and just going after your dreams. And never give up… like oh my goodness... please don't ever give up… because you never know if you give up you know people will never see what they needed to see and maybe to help them to get to the next level... So yeah absolutely... so again… one of the things is… go… you can find my book on amazon the "Little Black Book of Modeling"... if you're not looking to be a model, if you're not looking for more confidence, if you're not looking for mindset development, or any of those things, gift the book... gift the book to somebody that you know that will benefit you know from the book and just  be a blessing to someone else… so yes... so it's on amazon, you can also find me on Instagram at @sassyclassymodel and just have a beautiful and amazing day every single day… and smile... be sure to smile… make people like… happy...

SAMIA: I love it.... I love it. Awesome... So on that very happy note, I am just going to again encourage our listeners to please make sure you check the show notes because we're going to drop all of those links for you in the show notes... and I will encourage you if you know you need any help in building up your confidence, especially if you are interested in the fashion industry...

DAMIA: Yes...

SAMIA: …becoming a model yourself or having your own business around that like Damia does, please get in touch with her and...

DAMIA: Thank you :).

SAMIA: ...yeah! Until we connect next time I just wish you lots and lots of peace and joy :)…

DAMIA: And thank you so much for having me on your show... I really appreciate you. I enjoyed our conversation and keep doing what you're doing... and be encouraged. :)
