Terms:

♥ You agree to participate as a podcast guest.

♥ You agree the interview zoom meeting will be video recorded by Samia Bano.

♥ You agree to a 15-20 minute zoom meeting or call to discuss the recording of your interview.

♥ Your actual interview will be approximately 30 minutes. Sometimes the interview goes on longer, so please set aside at least 45 minutes for the interview.

♥ Samia Bano agrees to provide episode links, cover art, and captions to share with your audience. You may also request to be sent the edited audio or video recording of your interview to directly upload to your various platforms.

♥ Samia's team will coordinate and produce your interview which may include calls, messages, email reminders, etc.

Compensation:

☺ You agree to do the interview at no charge and agree not to request any type of compensation from Samia Bano at any point in the future.

Intellectual Property:

♥ Samia Bano has the right to reproduce the recording in any format, and to distribute, prepare derivative works, advertise, and publicize the recording without compensation. This allows Samia to share across her channels and with her audience. She does not use these recordings to create courses. The information you share in these interviews is what you'd generally share in your own marketing to potential clients.

♥ Samia Bano may edit the recording at her discretion

♥ Samia Bano shall own the worldwide rights, title, and interest, including copyright in, and to, the Guest's recording.

♥ You as the Guest ALSO retain the copyright and the right to use clips of the audio or video for any purpose.

♥ Your Intellectual Property remains yours - what you share during your interview is what you share publicly and is in the public domain.

♥ This IP agreement allows Samia to share across her channels and with her audience. Samia does not use these recordings to create courses using your paid IP. The information you share in these interviews is what you'd generally share in your own marketing to potential clients.

Marketing Commitment:

☺ You agree to promote your episode to your community of followers through all appropriate and available channels, e.g. on all your social media outlets, mailing lists and etc.

☺ You are permitted to make a FREE offer during the episode recording.

☺ You (and/or your assistant if you have one) agree to Subscribe, Rate, Review, and Download at least your episode - this helps the podcast rank, and gets more eyes on YOUR episode.

☺ If you are unable to make the above marketing commitments, you agree to contact Samia Bano at samia@academyofthriving.com to make an alternate arrangement.
